The hotel feels a bit new, the overall service is good, the reception staff is very enthusiastic, the room size is also good, and it has everything you need, except that there is no microwave, which is a bit unexpected.

I flew into Greenville (GSP) the day after Helene hit the Carolinas and found out my husband was unable to pick me up because of the trees & power lines blocking the roads. I called many hotels but their phones were out. This hotel was the only one that answered the phone and I fortunately got their last room for 2 nights. The shuttle took 45 minutes to go 3 miles to pick me up at the airport because of the horrific traffic due to the signals not working. The staff worked around the clock and were kind, caring and courteous. Some of them looked like they worked 10-12 hour shifts! For the way they managed under such duress, they deserve 10 stars! They truly care about their guests.

Perfect handicapped room was available at this Courtyard and we took it. For anyone who is older and in need of an easy shower experience, this is it!! Clean, first floor room that has a walk-in shower and great grab bars. I like this Courtyard because it is in a quiet area near the airport but also downtown. It has the usual breakfast bar which was clean and not jammed with people. The hotel is perfect for going to the airport or a game! Free water at the desk, friendly staff and good parking make this place a very good stop!!

Waited 30 minutes and no shuttle. I chose this hotel because I was coming in at 10.15pm and wanted to get a good night sleep Dont stay here. I kept calling and they said 15 minutes but it never came. Dont stay here. AVOID AVOID AVOID Now I have to wait another 15minutes and pay for Uber

The room was clean however the thermostat must not have worked well as the room stayed quite warm. Also the folks next door had their TV on ALL night and it was so loud. Not a fan of this place. I won’t be back.

The holes has lots of outside work going on. Inside was clean and room was nice. The disappointment was BREAKFAST is NOT INCLUDED. We stay at many Courtyards and most if not all include breakfast. Even there website says breakfast is included. Well, we will not be staying here again.

The people there were great but the hotel was lacking the typical Marriott quality. Later found out that this was a franchise which explains the sparsely furnished room, old-style noisy A/C wall units, limited maid service, broken or nonworking room fixtures. We were "upgraded" to a room facing the highway and directly over an area that they were working on...not much sleep during our stay. Liam and Louis were great at the bar as were the folks at the check in desk. Just expected better from a Marriott establishment.
