Hotel is clean staff friendly only major issue was my room was never cleaned the 3 nights I stayed there every night I had to call and all they did is send towels, I've never been to a hotel that the room was never cleaned or trash taken out ,I had take out and it was just piled up in the room pretty disgusting and disappointing ,at check out I told the associate all she did was say I'm sorry Aviod this hotel if you like you room cleaned daily Try to contact manger was never able to contact the person in charge!!!!!

Great stay! Clean,quiet, comfortable! Hot coffee and breakfast was good. The staff was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The rooms were modern and had lots of space, not cramped. The hotel is in a convenient location also, close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is decent and the staff is very friendly. However, the washing machine did not work or the dryers for that matter. At about 10pm my poor girlfriend went to “wash some clothes real quick” which turned into the washer leaking the water out from underneath it after it got the clothes wet… without washing them. Yeah, that quick wash turned into us finding an all night laundromat and taking our clothes that needed to be washed there, which was 10 miles away. We didn’t get back until 3 AM. At least the gentleman at the front desk was nice enough to give her 8 quarters back smh. We ended up lying down at around 4:15 AM having to be out and on the road at 8 AM. The inconvenience made for a very long day of traveling the next day. Come on Hilton, we expected much more for $150 a night!!

Main complain about this hotel is that they do not honor complimentary gold or diamond member upgrades even when they have availability (but they are very happy to charge you an upgrade fee). I thought upgrades were standard at all Hiltons but apparently a hotel can opt out. They also have the audacity to charge a destination marketing fee for Greenville, South Carolina.

+ Friendly staff, most HGI hire the best bartenders and restaurant staff and Greenville was no exception + We were here for a work trip, and 10/10. The rooms were quiet and clean, the sound proofing was great. + The location is great + Had so much fun in Greenville, can’t wait to come back

I had a room with my wedding block at this hotel due to the good reviews. I requested clean towels and the room cleaned while we were out all day and was told no problem. It was not cleaned and there was no hand soap. There were also cockroaches/palmetto like bugs crawling over the seats in the dining area near the lobby. The people were nice though.

So, you are traveling and book a hotel while on the road, using the company's website, right? Let's say the rate was $100/night and your confirmation says it'll be $150 and you think you pay online. You get to the hotel, and they want $200. So you ask. Reception responds "taxes" and you reply that your confirmation says $150. So they respond "deposit" and it will go away. Ok. So you get home and try to review the charges on website....no reservation exists. So, you call hotel to provide you one. The total charges are now $160! Why the difference? Parking fee plus taxes on parking fee. Ridiculous! The lot is dimly lit, it was never mentioned, no info about a car was asked, it's not like they have valet or covered parking and...its not downtown. So, what's the deal? Compared to everywhere we visited while in town (and to add we have lived here and visit often) our experience was definitely lacking hospitality, and I will go out a limb to say overall bad business. We are rewards members, and the stay is still not showing on our Hilton account. Just makes you wonder. Besides that, I'll add that the rooms facing the highway are terrible, breakfast is $16, and there is absolutely no small touches to make you feel welcome.

Stayed at the hotel the night of 12/1-2. Hotel fine. Food a little pricy but no problems. Checked out on 12/2 and forgot a tote bag in room. When we got home a few hours later we called and not in lost and found. Called the next day because my wife’s meds were in there and still not found. Remembered that Apple EarPod were in there as well. Used our fund app and they showed they were at hotel. Told them again that we had proof they were and they called back after they found it. I paid $150 to have the bag picked up and sent overnight to our house. When it got here a few things were missing including her meds. Called them and told the manager and all they said was that this had never happened before. I’m a gold member but probably my last stay at Hilton.

The staff was OK, but be aware this is a very bare bones hotel. Even though they have signage for a business center, there is not one...only a tablet with a printer that you can stand at very publicly in the lobby. The bed frame squeaked every time my husband rolled over (and I heard another guest complain about the same thing.) No note pad or pen to be found in the room. I'm not expecting luxury, but this was less than what I would hope. Also not a fan of charging for parking when you're a suburban hotel. The hotel staff never asked if we had a car and automatically and mistakenly charged our second room for parking when the couples were sharing one car. Since you didn't have our information, you were obviously not providing "security" for our vehicle. Destination marketing fee charged for both rooms each night...not quite sure why paying that fee once is not sufficient...we didn't keep learning about Greenville after we decided to go there! (This may be a state mandate.)
