We booked a room because we had to evacuate from hurricane Helene, room was filthy, roaches and bed bugs. Was refunded without incident. She did offer another oil but it was just as bad if not worse. I’ve read past reviews and this is an ongoing problem

Quality Inn Greenville provided excellent value for our stay. Kim, the receptionist, made check-in a breeze with her friendly and helpful demeanor. The included breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a restful night's sleep

Does have semi parking. Great location, Mexican restaurant right in front. Has hot breakfast, coffee is weak for those who like strong coffee. Does have laundry facility but washer wasn’t hooked up yet as they got a new one in. Business center computer doesn’t work but you can have front desk print out paperwork. Very comfortable and clean room. Easy check in and out. Someone at front desk all the time. It would have got 5 stars as I had chosen it specifically for the laundry and business center as I travel for work and spent the weekend there.

Really rough. Saw it had 3.5 stars and we simply needed a place to stay for 6-7 hours to sleep. Asked for a non smoking room and had super smoke-smelled room. Dust in corners and random places. Roach crawling in the bathroom. Go to the next motel. Don’t stop here! It’s a place you don’t dare touch the outer covers and make sure to have your shoes on to go to the bathroom. I wish I’d paid a touch more for simply anything better than this.

Good service, room was spacious and clean. Bathtub wasn’t cleaned well. Late checkout was handled graciously. Very convenient location. Pricey for the quality of the venue but other area hotels were comparable.

Wasn't very happy, had no tv all night. But next morning all tv's were working but ours. They had a storm so thought it would come back on but never did. Don't know why others worked. Hair on the bathroom floor, hair the tray that held the cups and I even cleaned hair off the coffee maker. Yuk... I must say tho the breakfast was good. Front desk staff very nice when we checked in.

Nice clean rooms. Daily fresh breakfast. Great rate, very nice staff. Good parking. Had an authentic Mexican restaurant attached, best mexican food. Felt very safe on property. Cameras everywhere and staff on duty 24 hours. We will be returning

The room was clean. Had breakfast w/eggs and sausage. Other things to choose from also. Staff was nice. In previous posts, I saw that someone said towels were dirty. Towels were clean, but yellowed. Need to whiten them. Besides that everything was good
