If I could give 0 stars to this hotel, I would. We booked a room with a pullout couch and two queen beds for a family of 6. When we got to our room, there was no bedding nor pillows provided for the pullout couch, so my husband went down to the desk to ask for some. The person working the desk told him she did not have access to linens- no towels, sheets, pillows for the two guests sleeping on the pullout. Gross. He spent about 20 minutes trying to help the employee trouble shoot this issue and in the end all she could suggest was that we rent another room for the night in addition to the suite. We had to leave and find another place to stay. The hotel was run down, and the room was in poor condition and dirty. In the end, the hotel refused a refund because when we checked in we had "signed" that we accepted the conditions we found. No sheets, no pillows and no towels for two paying guests is not acceptable! We had (wrongly) assumed upon check in that the hotel knew their guests wanted to sleep. Do not stay here!

While the staff was very friendly, this place is in serious need of a deep cleaning, better yet a total upgrade. Walls were horribly stained and damaged. Floors were not clean. Sink did not have a plug. Toilet paper holders were broken. And more. I would not stay here again.

Checked in went to the room. It was so disgusting. I couldn’t stay there. Called management they would not call back tried to get a hold of corporate no call back. Dont get scammed by there photos on line.

Do not stay at Rodeway!!! I repeat protect yourself and family. The rooms have bedbugs. Management knows the front desk clerk knows. Kiya, Brooke, NoSheena and the general manager Larissa does not care. They just want to take your money. You have been warned. That place is a dump. Half the hotel rooms are abandoned. Poor lighting unkept and lots of drug activity. Try a national chain not some mom and pop dump. We tried to stay at the Holiday Inn but unfortunately they were booked. So, after driving 13 hours we made the mistake of staying there. They will not refund your money. I was told they never refund money. If that's not crooked. That hotel is the worst of the worst. Oh, yes before they say we didn't let them know about the situation. That's a lie. They said we should have come and let them know 15 minutes after being in the room. Just ridiculous that hotel is stealing money. Please don't stay there. They saw these photos and still refused to refund money. Crooks!!!!

It's located right on I40. We stayed here for the ACC basketball tournament in Greensboro. It's also close to the huge Replacements, Ltd. store & warehouse, the online china/crystal mega-retailer. We stayed here for the location, price, & last-minute availability.

Horrible experience. The dirtiest hotel room we have ever seen. Nasty bathroom and dirty furniture Front desk clerk when we arrived was rude and not helpful. Sent us to the back of the hotel in a nasty hallway with all kinds of shady people walking around. We had to stay because it non-refundable and didn’t have other place to go but couldn’t sleep as we didn’t felt safe or comfortable. I felt robbed to pay $85 for that dump. The breakfast was not that bad, not many choices but you don’t even feel comfortable eating in there after spending such a horrible night and knowing how dirty it is. We just took coffee and left.

this place is disgusting, dead flies on top of the a/c unit, dead flies in the corner, used q-tips in the same corner, dead worms under the desk, poop on the walls. ( I have picture to prove it) smelled of urine. NEVER seen anything like this EVER. Needs to be shut down if this is how they run this place. RUN..... DO NOT EVEN STOP!!
