Hyatt Place Greensboro Downtown

The location was decent. The staff who checked me in seemed new to the job. The internet wasn’t working and I was told by the front desk to call customer service. CS told me it would be an hour. An hour and a half later I called CS again and they asked if I had spoken to the front desk. Eventually internet was restored. The carpet in the room was damp, the refrigerator was sticky, one of the drawers had trash in it and there was an awful loud mechanical noise all night. That said, at first glance the room is very big and nice looking

This place deserves to be shut down for the way they treat their customers. I booked and waited for 2 hours to get a room and did not have a credit card but had all the proper information and apple pay. If you do not take apple pay that is fine. However, after 30 minutes of sitting around waiting, they had the POLICE come threaten to arrest me on zero grounds. I did not cause a disturbance, I did not do anything wrong. Undoubtedly I could’ve beaten the case since I literally didn’t do anything. I did get quite rowdy after the police came up to me for one reason and one reason only. The manager could’ve simply told me to leave. He didn’t have to be a p*ssy and do it through the police. You guys suck. I called corporate to file an official complaint.

Book it and you won't be disappointed! Book now. Stop looking for something better when you are in need. Breakfast is always on point and the staff is always nice. The views are great too. I love the hyatt hotels. Boooooooooooooook it now!!!!!

I Suggest you get a room on the 3rd floor so the no one is running around overhead. If you do not like or want an adjoining room then don't get a room with a view they all are adjoining rooms. Clean and beautiful, Helpful staff, Nice breakfast area Outside is a nice place to sit and relax very comfortable. I would book again knowing what I know now. Easy walking to downtown GSO

I expected a nice hotel based on the website. It was clean at the front entrance, lobby, and in the room. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly. My only issue is that the card reader to the parking area in the deck was sketchy. I saw several people have to scan multiple times to get it to work.

I stayed for business at the Hyatt this past Sunday and Monday. I used the iron at the hotel to iron my shirt and rust came out of the iron and ruined a dress shirt. The General Manager of this property has ignored my repeated calls. I showed the front desk as soon as it happened and I was told the General Manager would contact me. His phone must not dial out. The World of Hyatt is not so great on my experience. Bill Miller

I recently stayed while in town for a Tanger Center show. Very convenient location, in walking distance to many restaurants, ballpark, Tanger Center, and the social district. Great value in comparison to other area hotels. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed overnite after a concert and the room and facilities were clean. Staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was included and was good.

Everyone was very professional. and yes, I would definitely recommend this hotel very clean and Staff was very friendly
