The flush is not working. After submitting repeating complaints to receptionist it is solved but in 1 day again the problem occurs. They need the proper staff to s loves this issue

Bad experience bad experience my booking is advance before 4 months in hotel at delhi greater noida hotel name is (the ansal) my booking date is stay tomorrow and today hotel person are talking to us they are not responsible by booking from make my trip. What can i do for this ? now my position is leave on road. We talk to make my trip today 6 to 7 hours constantly and they cant do anything to hotel person and the push us to for take a refund from hotel. Don’t book your hotel booking by make my trip
there are not response after hotel booking before 4 months and not response. Very bad.
