Paid for a larger room and was given smaller room. Was given no options to fix issue or credits back. Called manager and left message and never heard back.

They had the most perfect pillows…. WHERE can I buy some for home?? Only downside was they ran out of the hot food options in the breakfast buffet (at 8:25 when it closed at 9:00). Great sleep made up for it!

I drove down from Canada to fly to Cabo and needed a one nighter. I spoke directly to Scott and he was beyond helpful when I was having difficulty making a decision where to stay. Scott informed me that I could park at the hotel & due to how early my flight was the shuttle wouldn’t be available and they would provide a cab for me. Hotel was easy to find and my check in with Susan was fast and friendly. Susan helped me get oriented and get a cab to go out for a pint of beer at the Celtic Cowboy. She was lovely and so kind. The room was large and clean and had everything I needed. Great service and great hotel thank you!

My wife were so impressed. Everything was perfect! Best place we've stayed in years. I don't believe I've ever experienced such a wonderful breakfast. I'm almost giddy just thinking about it all. Staff are also excellent. Yes, we'll be back.

The room was spacious enough for wheelchair. Beds were comfortable and clean. Close to restaurants and parks. Fantastic breakfast with good variety. Yummy gluten free cookies! Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. Nice gym.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very good with directions to restaurants Etc. The rooms were clean and beds were good. Good beds . There was a specific pet friendly space outside. Pool and hot tub were clean and towels were provided. Breakfast area was clean tidy and welcoming. Good variety for breakfast and staff on hand if anything was running out. Good location. We would stay there again if we go back to Great Falls.
