The toboga is open for a few hours of the day, and the staff are bound to be in the dark pools, but they should have a better view of the guest, so that they can open it and want to return again. I remember when I was in the city of Gravata to go to another hotel."

"The service, especially in the restaurant, is very friendly and attentive. However, the food is quite repetitive and overall below average – the only real highlight are the excellent fresh fruits. The rooms are in urgent need of renovation, particularly the bathrooms. The overall atmosphere in the rooms is rather depressing, and we tried to spend as little time there as possible. Cleanliness could be improved throughout the hotel, including in the small heated pool. The playground also requires maintenance, as it currently poses some safety risks. On a positive note, the farm with the animals is a nice feature."
