Nice location Ok room and bed Breakfast is satisfactory, but if you dream of a proper Danish breakfast with bacon, Danish liver paste and Danish pastries you won’t find it. Unfortunately the coffee from the machine was undrinkable. Except from that you’ll find a lot of varieties. Parking in the backyard with one parking for charging. I couldn’t use it since the connection with the company failed. Large supermarked opposite the parking lot. Lots of restaurants close by. Walking distance to Gråsten Castle.

Recommend to find another hotel. This hotel is without a doubt the worst I have experienced. Several pictures do not correspond to reality. The rooms are unhygienic with bad smell and what seems to be mold. Service is non-existent and the breakfast is below par. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. Pictures on websites are misleading: The pictures on the hotel website do not match the reality. The building and rooms are old and worn and there is no life, café or other activities in front of the building or in the square as shown in the pictures. Furniture is cheap and of lowest quality: The furniture is of poor quality. Damp smell: The rooms smelled strongly of dampness, as did the pillows and several of the duvets. We could not use any of the pillows because of the smell. Several of the rooms seem to have mold or mildew around the window frames. No service: There is no service staff present. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and could not even get help by phone because it was after 4 p.m. Everything is done via SMS and codes, e.g. access to room with the code "676664#" (later #6766#), access to the main building with "6766", and access to toilet with "4444#". Poor breakfast: The breakfast consists of the cheapest foods and is very limited in selection. There is a single employee to handle breakfast set-up, clean-up, dishes and everything else.
