Petite chambre propre mais avec une forte odeur de tabac surtout dans la salle de bain. C'est vraiment une odeur derangeante. A 9h30 plus rien au buffet du petit déjeuner alors qu'ilest servi jusqu'à11h. Sans même une excuse les personnes du service nous disent d'attendre 10 minutes. Finalement 20 minutes plus tard des œufs brouillés sont proposés sans cuillère pour se servir et un plat de jambon de basse qualité. Franchement très décevant. 12 euros le parking. Je ne reviendrai plus

Aucune prise en compte des remarques faites lors du séjour. Matelas d'une taille supérieure au sommier !! Présence de moisissures dans la douche. Taille de TV disparate selon les chambres. En aucun cas en rapport avec le prix de la chambre.

Execrable welcome from the gentleman at the reception who allows himself very limited comments towards customers... the rooms are really equipped with the bare minimum: no water, no shower service, cleanliness which leaves something to be desired: hairs from previous guests in the shower, small traces of blood on the bath linen... The only "positive" point is the bed is OK...

An uneducated welcome by the gentleman on duty with an aggressiveness and an arrogance never experienced in a hotel. This gentleman loudly mentioned his 18 years of experience and that he was finally going to stop his activity soon. He kept complaining about customers and his employer leaving him alone at night with so much work! I think this gentleman made a wise decision to put an end to his activity. In fact, he causes a lot of harm to his employer, to customers but especially to himself by expressing his frustration. When I mentioned to him that I am already a customer of the establishment and that I have never experienced such an episode, his response was 'I don't care, I don't know you' while adding that his attitude is completely different outside of work. A beautiful confession regarding his unacceptable attitude! What respect!

Unwelcome reception, no cigarette vending machine accepting bank cards. Despite my request for change from the counter employee, I was turned away. In my opinion, politeness is an important value and I felt poorly received. This establishment is not up to par.

Good hotel, spacious and clean. Hearty breakfast. next to ******. missing a restaurant. The ****** restaurant is not open on Mondays. Quick access. Paid parking space. The bedding is good. clean room. big screen tv.

Well located hotel. Near the motorway, on the outskirts of Fribourg. Car park. Very warm welcome, friendly staff. Rooms correct and above all clean. Very good bedding. Rather quiet. Decent breakfast buffet.
