Wow times 10! This was my favorite get-a-way in all of Portugal. I can't say enough good things about Vermelho Melides. It's a gem tucked away in a small little village and you feel so special when here. The staff is sincere, caring and on point with everything you need and more. The restaurant is dynamite and leaves a marvelous impression on you. The chef has thoughtfully curated a wonderful menu and drinks! It's better than many Michelin restaurants we've been to. I dream of coming back here, but for longer though. Splurge and stay as long as you can. I know I will next time.

L’hôtel est magnifique, sa décoration et sa structure sont impressionnante. Le service et le restaurant ne sont pas à la hauteur du bâtiment et de la renommé de celui ci.
Pas de parking prive couvert,
La qualité des plats du restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur, les cuissons et assaisonnement ne sont pas maîtrisé,
Le restaurant intérieur et extérieur est infesté de moustiques, ce qui rend le moment désagréable et impossible, le personnel ne semble pas s’en préoccuper et nous indique que le problème a été remis à la direction.
Le niveau du petit déjeuner est au même niveau qu’un hôtel IBIS en France (vienoiseries, pastel de nata congelé, pain au lait de mauvaise qualité …) à 900€ la nuit c’est très médiocre.

It was a fantastic experience, beautiful location, great atmosphere, amazing staff, everything was perfect 😍every detail was a pleasure surprise, the food was delicious. Since the arrival everything was perfect nothing to complain about.

Das Hotel macht Freude bis ins kleinste Detail. Christian Louboutin hat beste (Kunst-)Handwerker beschäftigt, um seine Idee eines portugiesischen Boutiquehotels Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen. Alles ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen; es ist besser als seine Wettbewerber in Comporta und Carvalhal.

Magnificent place. The decor is unimaginable. Mr. Louboutin’s creation is one of a kind. Incredible staff. The chef is brilliant and very talented. Had the time of my life! Definitely recommend this beautiful and unique hotel. I will be coming back.
