Rats, Rats, Rats. I stayed here the beginning of November. When laying in bed and I seen something move through the mirror under the bed around our luggage, it was a rat! My BF chased the rat into the connecting suite and put a towel under the door and went and told the front desk.I complained about rats in the room to the front desk three times. The first time they said they’d let management know. Second time I was told by a gentleman that it’s just cold outside and rats come in, which was followed with a shrug. The third time I asked for a refund checking out and was told that I had to call corporate and she didn’t really seem to care. I called corporate who told me to call the manager at the hotel and then was told to call the third party I booked with. Totally fair. HOWEVER I was refunded TWENTY DOLLARS on a 200$ stay. The hotel staff is saying I lied about telling them three times (one time should have been enough for a refund but i digress) even though I can point out the staff I told and refuse to give me the name of the man who checked me in which should be time stamped with name or initials or who was working in that time. (The man who checked me in was the first to be told about the rats) the staff is very unprofessional and refuses to be honest or helpful. I called them a total of five times trying to get a refund at which trip.com (who I booked through) told me they are in the wrong but they can’t make them refund me. The hotels disregard for pests in the rooms and even less regard for their guests is appalling. The third party I booked with is escalating the concern up the chain. Just fair warning if you expect a clean and pest free stay with staff who are friendly, this ain’t it.

TV didn’t work. Refrigerator didn’t work. The handicap chair in the shower had mold on it. There was a big event in town and everyone was booked up. However we were traveling and couldn’t drive anymore so we had to take what we could get. 180.00 for a single Queen bed with basic needs like a fridge and tv broken. Wow! Comfort inn you need to hold your franchises accountable.

This property is located right off I-90 and Horizon Drive near the Grand Junction Airport. Easy parking (even for large vehicles) quick & professional check-in, nice clean rooms, ample breakfast. It’s a great, solid choice in GJ. Will stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights to the tune of $450 including tax. Went to front desk to let them know that the faucet was leaking. Guy was polite and said someone would fix the next day, but no-one ever came. After spending more time in the room noticed the bathroom had a weird smell. Saw that the wallpaper next to tub was loose so looked behind it and you can see black mold. All around the tub was also moldy looking. When sitting in the chair I looked down at the bed skirt/box spring covering and could see some nasty looking stains. Super grossed out. The first night we asked if we could switch rooms but the guy told me they were sold out. Upon check out, presented pics to desk clerk. No manager was on duty so she said she would have someone call me. Just now a couple days later I am home and get the call. The manager told me she could not further discount my room because I got an AARP discount. I'm not sure if that is true or not because our receipt does not reflect that, but I said that has nothing to do with the filthy condition of the room and she says well I can't discount you but she thanked me for bringing to their attention so they could fix the problem. I told her alright then....this will be reflected in my yelp reveiw. She says ok and thanks again. I guess she does not care if I post the pics from the room....so here they are. Stay here at your own risk!

I don’t need luxury every time and I stay at a hotel. I’ll start by saying I will stay here again. But expect subpar upkeep on the property. Still seems very clean. It’s just when every so many feet there is a sprinkler wire a square hole was cut into drywall for a round pipe coming out. This is the way the entire property looks like it was cared for.

Arrived late after United flight was diverted to Grand Junction due to weather. Helpful from desk at 1:30 am where we are grateful to get a room in booked up Grand Junction. Morning breakfast ok and short Uber ride to airport. American Express platinum made reservations where we could not find an empty room and airline offered no help

Room was exceptionally clean and larger than expected. Plenty of room to work at the desk. Watching TV is not normally an item of importance to me, but having an extra large screen on the wall across from the bed was a nice extra. We had arrived very late at night and were happy to be able to get a few frozen meals from the convenience center near the front desk so we could have something to heat and eat for dinner in our room. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had at any hotel, so we slept very well!

It had 4.2 stars, but there was mold in areas of the room, very uncomfortable bed, cold, and an ok breakfast. Called hotel, will have to see how they handle this!
