這家酒店非常棒，裝修幾乎是新的，我訂的是8個人住的別墅套房，房間多，有獨立的廚房、泳池還有洗衣房，非常適合帶孩子長者一同出遊，唯一不好的地方就是位置沒有靠近海灘，值得推薦！

Alles war Super! Wir waren so begeistert. Sehr großes Apartment und toller Pool. Essen im Restaurant sehr gut und sogar Zimmerservice möglich. Frühstück auch traumhaft. Leckeres Obst und man kann sich Eier in allen Variationen machen lassen. Alles dabei was das Herz begehrt. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wir haben ein Auto über die Anlage organisieren lassen. Alles super geklappt. Auto braucht man um die Insel zu erkunden.

Estuvimos 4 noches en una villa para 8 personas. Muy grande, muy cómoda, con 4 habitaciones completas cada una de ellas. Perfecto todo el alojamiento. Como sugerencias: buffet del desayuno un poquito más amplio y variado y el calentamiento del agua para el consumo (duchas, lavabos,...), que se realiza por energía solar (perfecto!) debería tener un sistema de calentamiento alternativo para los días en los que la energía solar no es suficiente para calentar el depósito de agua caliente asignado a cada villa.

J’ai eu la chance d’y séjourner avec des amis. L’endroit est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Grand gaube est un village de pêcheur authentique pas très loin des plages plus touristiques. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel qui sont d’un accueil naturel exceptionnel. Je reviendrais dès que je peux pour tester le penthouse avec vue mer. Un spécial thanks à Léo, Sacha, Monita, Emy et le chef qui nous a régalé. À bientôt j’espère!

Ce séjour ne correspond pas aux standards d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, ressemblant davantage à une location de type Airbnb. Le service laisse à désirer, chaque demande supplémentaire étant facturée : par exemple, une chaise haute pour bébé coûte 5€ par jour. Le petit déjeuner est quasiment identique chaque jour. La villa est très excentrée, sans restaurants ni commerces à proximité, uniquement des habitations. Le ménage quotidien est superficiel, les douches n'ont pas été nettoyées durant tout notre séjour et les lits sont faits de manière négligée. La connexion Wi-Fi est partiellement fonctionnelle et nous avons eu des problèmes d'eau chaude tout au long du séjour, la seule solution proposée étant de nous doucher dans une autre chambre. Pour une villa prévue pour 9 personnes, il n'y avait que 4 transats au bord de la piscine et aucun parasol. Malgré nos nombreuses demandes, rien ne s'est amélioré, mis à part un dîner offert. Globalement, le séjour n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes, surtout compte tenu du prix payé.
