The property and staff met all expectations...except one. There was actually HOT FOOD on the breakfast counter, even though it was mid-week! Wonderful surprise...EXCEEDING expectations. It's nice to have 24-hr. coffee available in the lobby, too.

The worst customer service ever. Complained to the manager Emily and she could care less. Big issue was with the hot tub not working eg. jets. The tub was dirty with black hair floating around. Distgusting!! Rooms are dated and carpet in room was dirty. My feet were black. Do they ever shampoo them? Probably not! Will never stay there again!!

We went with another couple. Both rooms were clean. The hotel has free breakfast. There is a swimming pool and hot tub but we didn't have time to use it since we were only in Grand Forks for one night. The hotel is near the mall and Texas Roadhouse. When we come to Grand Forks we stay at this hotel. It is not too expensive and its a nice hotel.

The bedsheets were soft and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The only complaints were that the hot tub jets were broken and we missed not having a gym.

Comfortable room with caring staff. Nicole helped me with local shopping ideas and her cookies were great. Tessa watched my luggage when I arrived too early to check in. Thanks to both of them. You can walk to Target, the mall and places to eat.

A clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel in a convenient area of town- -located near the mall and super target, and lots of options for dining in or out. Hot tub was relaxing and pool was perfect for cooling off after being in the hot, humid weather all day… Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast: cereal, milk, juice, scrambled eggs, sausage (very delicious), waffle maker… Staff was very friendly. Would stay again!

Front desk is very rude. My room had urine stains on the toilet from previous guest. Room was very dirty.
