Das 3*Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind großzügig. Wir hatten Seaview unmittelbar nahe dem Speisesaal und somit auch der Rooftop-Bar. Dort wird Abends Musik gespielt bis 23 Uhr. Leider wird auch im Speisesaal ab 19.30 Uhr Livemusik gespielt, die für uns als Gruppe, deren Tische man direkt vor die Bühne gestellt hatte, das Abendessen oft ungemütgemacht hat, weil man sich nicht mehr unterhalten konnte. Die Musik ohne Verstärker hätte genügt. Die Essensauswahl war ok, allerdings war die Auswahl an Käse und Wurst zum Frühstück dürftig. Auch Gemüse und Obst war eher wenig vorhanden. Das Fleisch am Grill Abends wurde leider tot gegrillt. Die Getränkepreise wurden während unseres Aufenthalts ohne Vorwarnung mal eben um einen Euro je Getränk angehoben, so dass ein Gin Tonic mit 7 Euro dann doch eher die Ausnahme blieb.

Nous avons séjourner 3 nuits dans cette hôtel dans une chambre vue océan La vue est très belle. Le personnel est agréable Nous avons très bien mangé dans l’ensemble Cependant quelque petite choses à revoir Seulement une carte de chambre vous ne pouvez donc pas laisser l’électricité quand vous partez impossible de faire charger vos affaire n’y de laisser la Clim La salle de bain et dans son jus et nous avons eu la visite d’une dizaine fourmis sur le plan de vasque durant tout notre séjour. Et pour moi le plus gros bémol nous étions en demi pensions Le matin rien à dire parfait Le soir l’eau n’était pas comprise on a dû payer notre bouteille d’eau tout les soirs.

The rooms were lovely. However it was not the holiday we booked for. The property is supposed to be a 3 star , however this is not up to a 3 star level. - poor wifi - For lunch , there is no a la carte available, you only have to choose from the menu which is repetitive and they serve in kid’s portions.if you are hungry at 4, there is no food which you can order as the kitchen is closed. -Dinner buffet includes max 5 hot items including rices and pulses. - cats roams in the dinning hall. - The was a person yelling at my kid who was in the pool. Later i found out that it was the owner. We paid for the service we were enjoying. If you do not want people in your property, simply do not rent it??’ - overall, very poor services. My recommendation: Do not book it.

We had an awesome time stay at thre Hibiscus Resort. The facilities are great and rooms so big. The food was tasty and staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommended this hotel to anyone. Thanks for having us team.

A beautiful and shady hotel complex with small "villas" in which the very spacious rooms are located. Bathroom and room OK, booked a balcony with a sea view, just beautiful. Air conditioning worked, fridge, safe and kettle available. Thinly soundproofed. The breakfast buffet was very limited and very sparsely presented, so I went to one of the cafes opposite the hotel for breakfast. The waiters in the hotel were a bit "condescending". The small beach was very pretty but rocky and you have to take a wobbly jetty to get to the sea, as there is no direct access from the beach. Very hard sand, children cannot build sandcastles there. Small, cute pool. What was very annoying, however, was the very loud music from a discotheque (which does not belong to the hotel) but is located on a roof terrace of one of the buildings in the hotel complex. That was very annoying. All in all, a pleasant experience and I felt very comfortable and safe.

This hotel is lovely, a little tired on the decoration, but over all lovely. The staff just cant do enough for you, and as its a small hotel ihe staff really get to know you and becomes a very personal service. There isnt a beach in the hotel, but access to the sea via steps off a pontoon. Beautiful setting though, and yiu have the pool option from your sun longer too. Just a 5 minute walk is the public beach where there are water sports. The hotel dies have a gym, but very small and tired looking. Mainly cardio machines. The rooms are big and spacious and cleaned everyday. If you want to go out and eat, then there are a few places in walking distance, but to reach Grand Baie you can walk, but mostly its on the road and no pavements. However the bus stop is across from the hotel, and onky takes a few minutes to get there. Only 21 rupess each. The food in the hotel we could not fault, it was absolutely delicious.

Super hotel very well located next to all the top staff thanks to Kenny for his advice and his welcome upon our arrival On the other hand very big problem with the hotel restaurant food little variety very limited quantity and very expensive compared to the restaurant that you can find it in town especially in Grand Baie It’s really a shame

This has probably been a nice hotel 20 years ago. Now the rooms and common areas are rather worn down and nothing has been maintained for years.
Nice area close to the water with good sunchairs is the upside. Food is pretty bad, don’t take half board!
