Conocíamos el hotel, estuvimos hace unos años en un boda y nos gustó. Ahora por otra boda hemos pasado la noche y la verdad, nada que objetar, limpieza, silencio, algunos detalles, perfecta ubicación y sobre todo la atención del personal, simpatía y disposición hacen que tanto las gestiones como la estancia vayan perfectamente.

No se puede permitir pagar 90 euros por una habitación individual con un baño donde el Wc está pegado a la bañera y hay que hacer malabares para satisfacer necesidades básicas. Un abuso…decepcionante. Estas cuestiones hay que avisarlas, y que el cliente decida.

Sitio muy limpio, habitaciones perfectas, temperatura agradable dentro de estas, el servicio de desayunos es muy completo y la atención de las trabajadoras ha sido muy cercana, familiar y profesional. No podrían haber sido mejores. Volveríamos a este mismo hotel de volver a Granada y lo recomendamos. Además, está cerca del centro.

Hotel ubicado cerca de la plaza del triunfo. Tiene convenio con el parking triunfo por 18€ noche. No hay donde parar con el coche para descargar, pero son unos 200 metros la distancia para llevar las maletas. La atención del personal fue genial. Hotel aunque antiguo, muy limpio. En nuestro caso la habitación daba a la calle, con vistas. Estábamos en una primera planta y no se escuchaba ni un solo ruido de la calle. Bien insonorizado con doble ventanal. Las habitaciones que dan al exterior son mas amplias. Creemos que es recomendable reservar este tipo de habitación El desayuno es correcto. Tiene de todo y reponen rápido. Como ubicación para nosotros esta genial. Fuimos andando a la Alhambra aunque es cuesta arriba y lleva unos 25 min y también fuimos caminando hasta el albaycin. A la catedral se va por la gran via en un paseo de 10 min. En general creemos que es buena opción y como siempre la calidad del grupo Eurostars se nota.

The windows were always and necessarily closed, so I'll let you imagine the darkness. I ask to change rooms (very small and with holes in the sheets) they show me a room on the third floor which is much better but absolutely not 4 star, they tell me that however the noise of the air conditioning system can be heard throughout the entire structure day and night I decide to stay in the first room assigned just because it was only one night. Otherwise I would have walked away. Never again'.

Hotel located 20 meters from Gran Via and about 1 km from the cathedral. Excellent and professional welcome. The simple breakfast without acute. The savory part should be improved as well as the fruit offering. The building is dated and you can see it from the rooms. Old furniture with lamps present without electrical sockets which are very few in the room. We had the tea maker and the lamp placed on the table which had no socket behind it. What are they for?...the very dated bathroom with the tub that leaked water when taking showers. Hairdryer working intermittently. Honestly it would be three and not 4 stars.

Unfortunately the management, response and attention to their customers. I am usually a client of the EUROSTARS HOTELS chain, however it is clear that after this terrible experience I will NEVER consider any of their hotels. They have charged me in full for the reservation despite not having enjoyed the stay. I understand the cancellation policies and I even assume, as is usual, that the charge for the first night is charged, but I consider the total charge for the stay (including breakfasts) to be disproportionate. I have really had a terrible time, trying to solve or find an alternative without any type of response from the management of the hotel in Granada and at the moment neither from the EUROSTARS HOTELES chain. It is clear that the difference in attention and interest in customer satisfaction must be global and is a definitive factor when choosing a hotel.

The hotel is delightful, very well located, very clean, spacious room, impeccably clean. The breakfast is great, really worth it, the bed is big and very comfortable. The service from the team was sensational. I highly recommend it.
