I am usually a client of the EUROSTARS HOTELS chain, however it is clear that after this terrible experience I will NEVER consider any of their hotels. They have charged me in full for the reservation despite not having enjoyed the stay. I understand the cancellation policies and I even assume, as is usual, that the charge for the first night is charged, but I consider the total charge for the stay (including breakfasts) to be disproportionate. I have really had a terrible time, trying to solve or find an alternative without any type of response from the management of the hotel in Granada and at the moment neither from the EUROSTARS HOTELES chain. It is clear that the difference in attention and interest in customer satisfaction must be global and is a definitive factor when choosing a hotel.
