I found this hotel excellent value. I had a very pleasant internal room looking over other properties so no noise. Tea and coffee provided but no milk. Very good breakfast. The best part was the central location by an Alhambra bus stop and the roof terrace. It was great to relax there after sightseeing. Staff very helpful and I would stay again.

Los detalles importan, y mucho. Me explicaré. Fui este fin de semana con 2 niños pequeños, de 1 y 4 años. Por la noche el bebe sin querer rompio una lampara de una mesilla de noche. Cuando nos fuimos lo comente en recepcion y tras dudar hicieron una llamada y en un instante se zanjo el tema: 80 euros. Asi fue. 80 euros por un accidente causado por un bebe. Que falta de sensibilidad, indescriptible, solo por eso merece la mas baja de las puntuaciones que pudiese darle. Señores de MArquis, los detelles importan y mucho. Esa falta de sensibilidad y de mas minima empatia me da que pensar y dice mucho de una empresa. Mi recomendacion es que NO LO COMPRUEBEN POR USTEDES MISMOS. Gracias.

El trato del personal es excelente Pero tengo que decir que la habitación 215 no es de 4 estrellas. Para abrir la puerta de la ducha hay que salir del cuarto de baño y para secarse hay que salir del cuarto de baño también y volver a entrar. Una aventura. No hay armario, 4 perchas colgando de la pared. Hay una mesa tan pequeña que no cabe la silla. Lo siento pero es así

It’s a good economy hotel for seeing the Alhambra. It’s simply not a 4 star. Breakfast was very poor and crowded - we went elsewhere rather than have it. No open bar on roof despite pictures. Also if you charge for dogs you should provide a bed for them. All in all not bad but oversells it self at 4* and needs to fix the poor breakfast to get an additional star.

Hotel muy céntrico en el barrio antiguo de Granada. Relacion precio/calidad correcto. No obstante, es un hotel "casual", como lugar para hacer visitas por la ciudad. No hay bar en el hotel. Pero en la zona hay muchos restaurantes. Hay hoteles que por un poco más de coste son mejores en Granada.

Hotel letteralmente clamoroso al centro di Granada, a pochissimi minuti a piedi da Plaza Nueva. L'hotel, nuovissimo, offre stanze belle, luminose, comode e molto molto pulite. La posizione è ottima, a Realejo, dunque molto vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni di Granada. Colazione a buffet super, così come super è tutto lo staff che ci lavora, sempre gentile, sorridente, amichevole e pronto a dare una mano se necessario. Uno dei migliori hotel in cui sono stato ultimamente.
