It is a location within walking distance to the Alhambra Palace. However, since it is a small hotel that has been remodeled from an old building, the facilities are not very good. When you enter the alley and press the bell, the staff will open the door for you.
The staff are so friendly and nice.

The hotel is a renovated 18th-century house in the old town (pedestrian area). It is on many levels, with three floors and inner courtyards. It's like you're in a post-medieval castle with all modern amenities and super internet coverage. Everything is close (within walking distance), and strolls in the centre and along the historical, architectural, and gastronomical landmarks are a great pleasure. It would be best if you visited it.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido excelente, el enclave inmejorable, las habitaciones perfectas, con camas donde se descansa y se duerme muy cómodas, sin ruidos, en si el hotel es una joyita con un encanto especial, muy bonito. El servicio muy atento, cualquier trabajador del hotel es educado y amable, especialmente Raquel en la recepción y Mari la encargada del desayuno, ambas son entrañables y resolutivas. Sin duda volveremos y en nuestro círculo de amistades os recomendaremos. Desde Valencia un saludo.

Hotel was very centrally placed and perfect for exploring Granada. Beautiful, historic building. The room was basic but comfortable. Bathroom was rather dated but perfectly functional. The staff were fabulous. Very helpful and just nice to deal with. Hotel rate was very good value and included breakfast which was filling and adequate. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend for the great price, central location and brilliant staff.

Peccato aver soggiornato solo due notti in questo hotel. Palazzetto storico del XVI secolo, in pieno centro, viuzza laterale rispetto alla Carrera del Darro, praticamente ai piedi dell'Alhambra e del quartiere Albaycin, la posizione è dunque strategica. La camera era molto pulita, essenziale e caratteristica, con finestra che si apriva su un chiostro interno, molto silenziosa. Dotata di tv, minbar, aria condizionata. Avevamo prenotato un'opzione "romantica" direttamente sul sito dell'hotel, e abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di spumante, cioccolatini e candele... molto romantico. La colazione è variegata, con frutta fresca, succhi ecc. Purtroppo con poche opzioni vegane alternative, ma la marmellata, il pane e i succhi di frutta sono stati graditissimi. Una nota di ringraziamento speciale allo staff: tutti gentilissimi e sorridenti, ci hanno aiutato sia con informazioni che con la richiesta di anticipare un pochino l'orario della colazione per via della visita mattiniera all'Alhambra.

The hotel was located in an ideal location the management and staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were adequate albeit the bathroom was rather small Breakfast had a very good selection and was a good start for the day. It also gave you time options which was great
