Realmente uma hospedagem de primeira categoria, pensada nos pequenos detalhes, justamente para encantar o hospede em tudo. Desde o checkin, atendimento, café da manhã, lanchinho da tarde e o jantar no restaurente, merece um 10. Recomendo de olhos fechados o Wood Hotel, literalmente um dos melhores hotéis que já nos hospedamos e já viajamos por vários países.

Todos os funcionários do hotel foram prestativos! Hotel sensacional, desde a entrada até a saída! Decoração, Cheiro dos quartos incrível , cuidado com os hóspedes com chocolates e água todos os dias à noite, serviço de quarto impecável, localização ótima e ótima dica dos funcionários! Café da manhã sensacional com a la carte e o Buffet com comidas frescas e da região! Restaurante Vinolab e Giostro também são perfeitos! Com toda a certeza iremos voltar

Wood Hotel superou todas as expectativas!
A localização é excelente, facilitando o acesso às principais atrações de Gramado. Logo na entrada, percebe-se o cuidado com a limpeza e o aroma agradável que permeia todo o ambiente, além da linda decoração.
Os quartos são bons, cama super confortável, roupa de cama e de banho de ótima qualidade, garantindo uma estadia relaxante.
O ponto alto foi, sem dúvidas, o café da manhã: variado, com produtos frescos e de qualidade, digno de um hotel 5 estrelas.
Preciso destacar o atendimento impecável de três funcionários que fizeram toda a diferença: a Ana, que nos recepcionou no café da manhã com simpatia e eficiência; o Dionathan, no bar, que preparou drinks maravilhosos; e a Rosi, da recepção, que foi extremamente atenciosa ao nos dar dicas preciosas sobre a cidade e os melhores restaurantes da região.
Outro diferencial é a parceria com o hotel Casa da Montanha, permitindo aos hóspedes o uso da piscina e da academia.
Sem dúvida, este foi um dos melhores hotéis em que já me hospedei no Brasil, e o café da manhã foi o melhor que já experimentei.

Entregam o que propõe. Funcionários simpático e prestativos. Estrutura linda. Café da manhã é bom, mas no segunda dia já fica enjoativo pq sao poucas opçoes.
Maravilhoso poder consumir o frigobar como cortesia. E os chocolatinhos diarios, simples e agrada bastante.
