Very good hotel, with an incredible leisure area for families, especially those with small children.
Very good breakfast, lots of variety, everything fresh.
I think the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired. You can't walk barefoot without feeling the dust on the floor. The towels are also very worn.
Another annoying point is the parking fee, which is 42 reais.
There is no parking on the street, so it is mandatory to consider this cost when booking your accommodation.

Everything was fine except for the “Saturday pool hours” where demand is high, which could start at 9:00.

The problem is the SPA without a covered connection, in a rainy and cold region. Another is the poor quality of the restaurant, outsourced, or rather precarious, expensive and bad!
