Hotel accogliente, camera spaziosa, bagno confortevole, ottima colazione. Personale disponibile. Situato vicino al centro e alle spiagge. Dispone di wifi efficace, la niostra camera aveva balcone e accesso a solarium. Cambio biancheria efficace

I am almost 65 years old, have often been to Italy and have also stayed in hotels for work. But what happened to us this weekend is beyond any negative framework. The Hotel Serena is by far the worst! We arrived in the afternoon, but we still didn't get our room until after 4 p.m.! There is no free parking space in the area of the Hotel Serena. You need good walking shoes because you have to walk from the nearest parking lot - which is subject to a fee. The completely incompetent receptionist is lying like a dog. Only Italians park there, and the parking spaces are free in the evening. At midnight everything was still closed. The passports were photographed. The burglars are already waiting for the photos. Despite the waitress (who stays in the dark), no drinks in the evening. No WiFi! The chambermaid moves every piece of furniture back and forth from 7 a.m. - the noise is unbearable. Hands off the Hotel Serena! Terrible and no service whatsoever!
