Stayed as a family end of October/early November. The hotel was really well maintained and kept very clean. Observations are: Food: Buffet okay, but as a previous reviewer mentioned, you have to ask for most of the items to be plated for you, which means you don't always get what you've asked for. Eggs at breakfast generally overcooked, with the exception of the omelettes which were fab. Most things (that should be hot) were luke warm. Pastries were like dry cardboard. The standard of the a la carte restaurants wasn't great. We ate at Scallops (fish restaurant) where the paella was just reheated rice (with no flavour) and one prawn, one mussel, one clam, etc. I did complain about this and they said that the executive chef knows it isn't cooked as it should be, but they don't have the correct pans to cook paella??? Certainly not worth 50 euros a head. The steak restaurant (Chefsteak) was okay, but chateaubriand was presented as tournedos and very few steaks were available on our last night - probably running down stock towards the end of the season. Again, probably not worth 50 euros a head. We also ate at Nautilus, which was truly appalling: it felt like a second-rate cafe, tucked out of the way in the hillside building. Staff were of a much lower standard than the main building restaurants. I think we were in and out in fifteen minutes flat and went to the buffet. After these experiences we didn't risk the other restaurants (certainly not for 200 euros) and actually ate off-site one evening. Lunch at the beach bar was okay, but very small portions. The chicken schnitzel looked like something from the frozen meal section in Iceland (I can only imagine...) as it was reformed plastic chicken. It tasted of nothing and was tiny. Surely a chicken or veal schnitzel shouldn't be too taxing to cook? One general issue was that you couldn't look at any of the menus until you were in the restaurants, or if you sneaked in and scanned the QR code - or if you could find them anywhere we weren't made aware of this. Bars: Main bar (Monte Cristo) was okay, but service was a little hit-and-miss, as was the Lobby bar. They have lots of cocktails displayed on screens around the place, but the QR code drinks list only had a few examples on there. We left the Monte Cristo early most evenings due to screeching Karaoke or similar nonsense, all played out to a soundtrack of fellow (Russian) guests watching nonsense on their phones at full volume. Rooms: We had a pair of Deluxe sea view rooms in the main building. These were absolutely fine, well cleaned on a daily basis and the showers were powerful and hot. Views across the bay from the balcony were lovely. Pools/Outdoor area: The main pool was fine, but all the sunbeds around it were crammed together. There were very few spaces, if any, where you could be 'on your own'. All the aquafit classes took place in the pool to a banging soundtrack (which we asked to be turned down) and this added to the fact that it w

We spent in this hotel 10 nights in May, before the high season. The first impression wasn't good as it this the first hotel in Türkiye we had problem to communicate in English. Most of staff speaks or practice speaking Russian what was obvious when we realised that hotel is full of Russian speaking guests. So, if you want to feel comfortable and you want to communicate with staff not only using your hands, learn Turkish or Russian. It doesn't mean noone there speaks English - but you need to find this person. We had a room on 4 floor. The first one had some problems with air condition. They said that someone would come and fix it soon, but we asked of changing the room and we get nicer (the first one had visible signs of use) on the same floor with pool and mountains view. View was perfect! Unfortunately, entertainment program lasts till midnight and is really loud so if you want to sleep early better choose room without the view. Towels were changed every day however, there were days when bathroom was cleaned poorly. You have only one card for room so fridge is unuseful if you don't stay in room. Tv has Turkish, Russian and German channels. WiFi is paid after using 300 Mb. Costs are high enough to buy esim if you can. Food was good. Cold dishes and breakfasts were mainly the same, dinner had some different options. Grill food was really good, bit finishes quickly. Only apples and oranges, no other fruits. A lot of sweets, but not the best (Turkish deserts are delicious, you rather look for it in Kemer). In May there were enough sunbeds at pool and on the beach. Better have wather shoes - beach has stones, and there are stones in the sea. Entertainment was mosty for Russians - Russian music, karaoke etc. Some Turkish music when Turkish guests were in hotel on weekend. During the day music vary. Around the hotel you find some shops and travel agencies. People there speaks Russian, some speaks English. Summing up: not bad hotel if you don't look for luxury, but focusing on Russian guests may be annoying.

Lovely hotel and if you were here as a family it'd be wonderful. However, as a honeymoon destination I would look further. Staff is friendly and professional. Food is tasty. Drinks are good. Entertainment team is exactly what you expect, big thumbs up to them. The mini bar in the room is refilled daily which is a big bonus. The room is a tad basic even though we booked a bungalow, making an assumption this would be one of the better rooms. However we now suspect that all the rooms are virtually the same apart from room size. We wish this would have been better stated and informed upon booking. We had to inform the hotel about it being our honeymoon, which is fine but it would have been nice to be asked rather than having to tell. Perhaps on check in, staff could ask if you're here for a specific reason. We have after been provided with an offer of breakfast in bed and a romantic dinner, both which we are looking forward to experiencing.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. Yes, check-in is strictly after 14:00 - and with an early check-in, all hotel services can be used before receiving a room. We traveled by car and stayed for only one day to chat with friends who came to Nirvana for 9 days. There is a huge parking lot with awnings from the sun for cars, check-in and check-out is free, without any parking tickets or cards. The reception assistant connected wi-fi, explained where everything is. We did not go to the ala carte restaurants, but the main restaurant also has very decent cuisine, an abundance of cheeses, fish, grilled dishes, delicious fruits and desserts. The children really appreciated the shrimp on skewers and the Starbucks coffee shop right on the premises. For lovers of elite alcohol, there is also where to roam - a large selection of single malt whiskeys, including aged ones, delicious cocktails from original ingredients, beautiful presentation. The hotel was completely full at the time of our visit (09/26/2024), but there were no queues anywhere, there were free sun loungers, free seats in the restaurant at any time. The territory itself is not just well-groomed, but ”licked”, so clean and beautiful, not a single dried flower, all blades of grass are the same height. Regarding the rooms - we took a standard for a day, but even in it a family of 4 was comfortable - the room is spacious, one huge double bed, a single and a folding chair for a child (theoretically it will fit an adult in size, but 4 adults are not accommodated in standards anyway). We left after 19:00 (the room was handed over as expected at 12:00), no extra charges were taken from us for late check-out. The vacation was simply luxurious, thanks to the hotel team!

Absolutely amazing holiday, the staff were incredible, rooms were out of this world (stayed in the villas), food was to die for (theme changes every night), pool was great never too busy and always enough room to go for a swim. I’m writing this mainly because of how we were treated by the staff. I came to this hotel with a broken ankle so going from the villa to the pool or beach was quite strenuous on crutches but the bell boy mehmet kindly gave me his number so that I could message him if I needed a lift anywhere in the buggy at any time and he was there. This was such a life saver and I will always be thankful for how helpful he was. My grandmother is also 88 so she had the same problem and he we always there for my grandma as well. The lunch at the sunset bar on the beach was incredible every time with a wood burning oven for the pizza which was crazy! The main man taking orders called Momin always had a smile on his face and was always so lovely to everyone that went there, he even remembered that I ordered a chocolate milkshake everytime to the point I didn’t have to ask for it anymore!:) the lady at the be amazing bar called Merve Was also one of the best waitnresses I have a ever had. She was always so kind and happy and became a good friend by the end of the holiday. Finally I wanted to say about Dilan on the entertainment team. She was always so friendly and funny and became a very good friend of our family, so much so she sat with our family for evening meals some nights! She was so good a her job but also a really nice caring girl. My grandmother had a little fall while we were at the hotel which was very stressful for her and for us but dilan always took time out of her day to sit and talk to her. I highly recommend this hotel as it is one of the best so if you do go have fun like we did! Ben Marsden Age 22 On behalf of the whole family
