The biggest problem was mosquitoes. There were over 50 bites on my feet and legs. It annoyed me for 2-3 days. This happened mostly at Mia Casa Bar. I informed the Guest Relations regarding the problem. She said they also received a similar complaint from another guest. She said pesticides are applied periodically but apparently it doesn't work with their application method.
Another issue though minor problem for me was that there were almost no drink serve to the tables by stuff. They occasionally asked what to drink but most of time we had to ask or get our drinks from the bar. They neither know how to serve rakı.
Pros: Drink variety and availability, food was good and delicious. Tidy, clean hotel.
The other cons beside above: No dim light for toilet in the room. Very low quality toilet paper in the room for an hotel at this level.

Приятно комфортный отель, доброжелательный персонал, персоналы СПА тоже доброжелательны. Рекомендую отдых в этом отеле. Вкусная и качественная еда в ресторанах. Спасибо шеф-поварам. Спасибо ресепшну за быстрое заселение. И так же спасибо гестрелейшн за внимание и заботу. Отель также очень быстро реагирует на просьбы гостей, что немало важно для каждого гостя.

Glutensiz restaurant açık olduğu sürece imkanlarımı zorlayıp ailcek gideceğiz. Glutensiz Mutfak-Restaurant tan Adnan Beye çok teşekkür ederim. Benim ilk tercih etme nedenim çocuğumun glutensiz restaurantta istediklerini bulmasıdır. ( Bunu herkesin bilmesi gerekir güler yüzlü personelin karşılaması gerekir. )

Отдыхала в отеле в ноябре месяце. Прекрасный отель с огромной территорией утопающей в зелени. Приветливый персонал. Прекрасный вид из номера на море и горы. Достаточно разнообразная кухня. Сейчас сезон дыни , хурмы и мандаринов. Вечерами прекрасная живая музыка Tropicana bar. Огромная благодарность Рузанне с Guest relations за помощь в решени вопросов и прекрасное отношение к гостям отеля. Для себя я открыла, что отдых в ноябре в Турции - это бархатный сезон.

Bellboy Beytullah Bey çok ilgilendi bizimle. Tropicano barda Asiye hanımdan çok memnunuz. Ana restoranda bizimle ilgilenen Faruk Ersoy Beye teşekkürler. Diğer personeller de çok nazik davraniyorlardi, herkes güler yüzlü. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk'e ait köşeyi görünce çok duygulandım, çok güzel yapmışsınız. Yemekler güzel, otelin konumu güzel. Отлично отдохнул в отеле уже приезжаю второй раз и очень доволен. Особую благодарность хотел выразить персоналу по работе с гостями. Камилла и Рузанна очень отзывчивые и всегда готовы удалить время каждому гостью в решении вопросов. Так же официанты Эмрах и Энес очень отзывчивые и очень хорошо знают свою работу.

We came to your hotel as a anual cousin group. The people who works is hotel are very friendly and hardworking. We were very happy. The rooms are clean, the meals are delicious, spa and coffieur very good,indoor pool is very clean and warm. We will advise to everybody Mirage Park. Thanks for your hospitality .
