Bellboy Beytullah Bey çok ilgilendi bizimle. Tropicano barda Asiye hanımdan çok memnunuz. Ana restoranda bizimle ilgilenen Faruk Ersoy Beye teşekkürler. Diğer personeller de çok nazik davraniyorlardi, herkes güler yüzlü. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk'e ait köşeyi görünce çok duygulandım, çok güzel yapmışsınız. Yemekler güzel, otelin konumu güzel. Buraya tekrar geleceğiz.

Отлично отдохнул в отеле уже приезжаю второй раз и очень доволен. Особую благодарность хотел выразить персоналу по работе с гостями. Камилла и Рузанна очень отзывчивые и всегда готовы удалить время каждому гостью в решении вопросов. Так же официанты Эмрах и Энес очень отзывчивые и очень хорошо знают свою работу.

We came to your hotel as a anual cousin group. The people who works is hotel are very friendly and hardworking. We were very happy. The rooms are clean, the meals are delicious, spa and coffieur very good,indoor pool is very clean and warm. We will advise to everybody Mirage Park. Thanks for your hospitality .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the staff were fantastic. The quality of the food and facilities was top-notch. However, I couldn’t give it a perfect rating due to an experience I had with one of the receptionists. He attempted to overcharge us for a late check-out, and it felt like his main focus was on making a few extra euros. Additionally, during check-in, he was reluctant to accommodate our room change unless we tipped him significantly. This experience was disappointing and overshadowed the otherwise excellent service we received.

Доставили из аэропорта на персональном трансфере, так что с отдельным гидом даже не познакомились😂 Отличное расположение, море и горы. Питание достойное, несколько баров на территории, включая пивной. Море продукты, крабы, раки, креветки, мидии, разная рыба. Собственный Старбакс. Зелёный отель, есть детский зоопарк. Рядом поселок Гейнюк, вечером можно хорошо пошопиться. Для детей и женщин хорошая анимация.👍 Спасибо за приятный отдых!!!

Önce artıları (+); -içecekler Nirvana bütün içecekler şişede kola bira soda. -bütün import içkiler var ve ücretsiz (jack chivas) -bira bahçesi mükemmel. Bütün biralar şişede ve kaliteli. Miller, buds, bomonti filitresiz, Efes malt. Efes gulütensiz. Ayrıca bira tabağı mükemmel kesinlikle deneyin. -otel geniş alan üzerine kurulu - WiFi her yerde iyi çekiyor. -deniz güzel -personel öz verili ve çok profesyonel çalışıyor Eksiler (-) - yemekler yeterli ama lezzet sıkıntısı var. Ayrıca hergün hemen hemen aynı yemekler. - snack restoran hep aynı lezzetsiz. - personel çok yetersiz. - otel ciddi manada eski, revizyona ihtiyacı var. Aslında genel olarak memnun kaldım ama burdan bi mevzuyu belirtmek isterim. 28 ekimde gerçekleştirilen october party (bira festivali) harikaydı, sabahtan akşama kadar etkinlikler canlı müzik ziyafet vs. Ancak birgün sonra 29 ekim cumhuriyet bayramında sadece iki trompet çalıp iskelede pasta keserek bitirmek size hiç yakışmadı. Kaldıki o tarihte otelin %70’i yerli misafirdi. Sizden daha büyük etkinlikler beklerdim.

Otel oldukça güzel ve etkileyici, calisanlar güleryuzlü ve yardimsever, animasyonda ozellikle Refiye isimli animatör arkadaşimız eglenceli ve güleryuzlü davranısları ile üzerimizdeki bütun negatif enerjiyi pozitife çevirmek için çesitli oyunlar ve etkknliklerle bizi mutlu etmeyi basardı.
