Not keen on doing reviews but this one’s a must!
I have read previous comments from travellers and i didnt see red flags but mostly good feedback… so yes, i booked in for our group.
But to my experience, the communication was so sa bad to the point that when I reached them i already wanted to cancel but is prepaid already so i dont have much choice.
I rang them to arrange a cot before our check in time, multiple calls, emails, no one responded until the day of our check in which was already around 4pm.
When we arrived around 8pm, i saw an old man standing infront of the front desk with no one on duty. He told me he’s been there waiting for 20mins and it was cold then. Good thing we arrived and i had the manager’s contact number.
When it was our turn to check in, the keys were misplaced so the manager had to use the master key and told me he will be back to get the room keys. And he never did come back though. Rang him again and no answer. This means that we cant leave the room locked otherwise we cannot enter anymore. So once must stay inside.
Past reviews says there are renovations which makes the motel more pleasing but in reality there is nothing like new. It feels so dusty.
Lastly, out of courtesy i was trying to ring them again to advise check out. But then again, no one’s available……… so there, we left without a word.
So bad!
