I visited to fern karad and stay was very good Specially thanks to Mr Umar sir to his very helpful and warm welcome and good sense of humour Thank u must visit every time I came feel good pool side area is good and housekeeping is good and warm welcome Lovely hotel

When we visited this hotel the reception management was fantastic during check in and checkout especially Mr Arafat who helped us during payments very well by correcting and reducing the amount of bill but upon check we had a bad experience especially with restaurant management. It was very poorly managed and response time for food order and other issue resolution was too bad. For multiple issue, management never came back with issue resolution. House keeping management was too unprofessional and not serious about their job in the hotel. Although trainees were handling the responsibilities in a better way than the actual staff of the hotel. Cockroaches were observed near and in the swimming pool hence cleanliness was also an issue which restricted us to enjoy fully our stay in the hotel. Restaurant management needs to learn more courtesy towards the customer as order response time and overall communication wasn’t experienced convincing and commitment etiquette needs to be worked upon.

Mr Chandan was excellent in behaviour and hospitality. Would highly recommend to stay here if u arrive here. Hotel was very excellent... Staff was very good like a family..... Swimming pool was very good.. house keeping staff Ms.Aanchal was very nice.... Communication of the staff was also clear and polite Thanks for the beautiful stay with neat and clean service. Special thanks to Mr.Chandan and Ms Aanchal.

I had the best, comfortable stay and dining experience at this hotel. Lies on the route from Mumbai/Pune to Goa/Bengaluru, this hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Whether be its food, staff, atmosphere and facilities, it’s an excellent one. The staffs are helpful and very responsive, food is extremely good (hats off to hotel chefs and cooks), facilities like gym, swimming pool, has 2 big lawns and convention centre built for events & conferences, festivals and weddings are all maintained. There are 2 types of rooms - 2 suite rooms and rest Winter Green rooms. The rooms have modern and clean aesthetics. The hotel serves amazing multi-cuisine food varieties. Dining at its in-house restaurant called River side for lunch and breakfast buffets was like a dawat. I also had an amazing delectable dinner by the pool which on request the hotel organised it so amazingly, it was a candle lit romantic set up. Loved eating Pan cakes, chicken and fish varieties, dosa and idlis, biryani and brownie. Also its in-room services are too good and quick. I would definitely recommend to stay here or if you are on this route, you must stop by here for staycation.

Hotel management is very bad, all staf is arrogant speech, electricity, manpower, no any single point of contact...very bad experience in Event.food quality also not good test ,let delivery in room service, Room extension no reply,very vert bad

I had a wonderful stay at The Fern Residency in Karad. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and offers a great blend of comfort and luxury. Amazing experience staying at Fern the rooms were nice and clean. Very spacious rooms. Food here was amazing. The staff is very nice and humble. In a given budget this is the best hotel with superb amenities, smart tv in room and amazing service. We tried food here for lunch and dinner and it was very nice. Breakfast spread was good and nice overall an amazing stay experience at Fern Karad

Excellent housekeeping and food is good especially breakfast is very good.Ambience of room is excellent ,staff approach is excellent.In room bed is very comfortable for staying and pillows are fluffy.Thank you very much to Fern Residency ,kharad.
