У Отеля только 1 + это расположение - вид очень красивый, бассейн теплый. всё. на этом плюсы заканчиваются. Номер был с грязным полом, пришлось звать и просить вымыть пол- там повсюду были чужие волосы и грязь. На фото всё очень прилично выглядит - в реальности - более дешевого ремонта и мебели я давно не видела. Кондиционера нет. Самый жесткий, дешевый матрас - спать невозможно просто- на большой кровати лежат 2 маленьких матраса, которые постоянно разъезжались в разные стороны. Отель маленький и шумный - если вас поселят на 1 этаже - знайте - до 01:00 ночи - на Ресепшене будет играть музыка, им всё равно что вы хотите спать - в холле будут бегать дети до 01:00 ночи, играть в игры и шарады. "Политика отеля"👎. Завтраки - 1 вид каши, 1 вид колбасы, яичница, хачапури и 2 вида фруктов. Если хотите капучино - нужно доплатить 😂 за такие деньги 350 лари за ночь - это очень дорого. Вечером в отеле было прохладно, в ресторане попросили плед - нам ответили, что нужно было из номера забрать одеяло, у них закончились пледы 🤡 и это при том, что всего было занято 7-8 номеров в отеле вместе с нашим 🤷♀️ Я планировала с семьей провести там 4-5 дней, но мы уехали после первой же ночи. Я впервые в жизни пишу негативный отзыв и впервые в жизни знаю точно, что не вернусь в этот отель и не буду никому советовать.

1) The best place for rest and relaxation 2) The best atmosphere for business meetings 3) The best staff, which is primarily due to the owner and manager 4) A warm, comfortable space near Tbilisi, in the mountains and fresh air 5) interesting touristic routes 6) Delicious cuisine!! Solo Grand is an unexpected gem. I was amazed to see how the scenery changed after Gori when we were approaching Ateni. This is a very beautiful place. The hotel is very friendly, with excellent facilities such as a sauna, a swimming pool (outdoor), and a game room. The restaurant was great. It serves mainly Georgian food, all very tasty. We did some great trekking to see the Biisi waterfalls in the vicinity of the hotel. Hope to be back!
