I sincerely believe that it has been the best or one of the best stays of my life. The people at the hotel have been very, very charming at all times and have always helped us with anything. The facilities are great. The hotel is super cosy and they make you feel at home. The breakfast is spectacular, super tasty everything. Also, the cleaning and customer service is a 10. You find your room impeccable every day. The truth is that we could not have chosen better. No doubt, if we come again, we will come back here. I want to emphasize that all the people who work in this hotel have always taken care of us and looked after us at all times. Really, this hotel, as the name says, gives you peace ✨

I am a caveman ! The cave room has no window, but all the amenities and ventilation in the ceiling. The description and photos of the hotel are true. I liked everything. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds. A terrace from which you can admire the flights of balloons and drink a cup of coffee. Delicious homemade breakfasts with fresh pastries. The location is just super! There was no water for several hours (a malfunction in the city water supply), so all guests were provided with additional bottled water and a large package of wet wipes. I had an early check-out, and they prepared an early breakfast for me, and packed hot cigar burek (crispy rolls of puff pastry with cheese) to take with me. It’s was one of the best hotels in Türkiye. When we checked in at about 5pm after our tour, the receptionist welcomed us with warm Turkish tea and proceeded with the checkin procedures. He even gave us some suggestions of some best restaurants with some local must-try dishes. He took our bags to our room which was a cave like. The minibar had tea, coffee and water with kettle. Amenities like shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner were provided. The next morning we had breakfast in the upstairs restaurant which was very cosy. The staff engage with the guests asking if we slept ok or if we needed anything. We had to check out after breakfast to go to our tour and they suggested we keep our suitcases in their office and to pick it up when we’re back. They welcomed us back at about 4pm and proposed we relax and wait for the transfer on their terrace to enjoy the panoramic view. When the transfer came, they helped us with the luggage. I definitely recommend this hotel.

A very beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Staff here have been very accommodating and booked all our trips for us in advance. Very responsive on WhatsApp. The hotel arranged transfers to and from the airport. Breakfast was amazing, blown away with the variety. The staff at breakfast are so lovely. Room - we stayed in the deluxe stone room. Wow, absolutely beautiful! The hotel has a terrace, perfect to relax and perfect views of the hot air balloons early mornings. Only down fall, I found the reception wasn’t open 24 hours. Morning of our hot air balloon ride I couldn’t find staff to enquire where our transfers were. Though transportation eventually arrived, it would have been nice if I could ask staff to enquire regarding the delay or whether we missed our pick up. Secondly, I had to ask for a receipt as proof of payment for all my excursions, which one staff seemed hesitant in issuing or wasn’t sure how to, after a bit of pressure I was provided with a receipt. Otherwise, staff have been superb and the hotel experience has been fabulous. We were provided with information regarding local ATM, recommended places to eat, how to navigate to certain places and provided tea when we asked, did wake up calls when requested. Thank you for accommodating me and my son, you made our stay very enjoyable. We wish all the staff the very best.

We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

Very cool little hotel in a cave, I really liked it. A little away from the noise, but 5 minutes to the center and only 10 minutes on foot to the nearest observation deck in the center. We had an inexpensive room, but it also amazed us with its design: an excellent bed, a locker inside the cave, stone shelves in the walls, a large Jacuzzi bathtub and a shower. Everything was super, the room was very warm in winter, the breakfast was delicious and varied.

We had a warm welcome from the staffs and of course their dogs! They have a wide receiving area with boardgames on each tables, which we enjoyed because we did not get bored while waiting for our rides when we have activities. We chose the room with balcony and it was spacious, neat, and has a good view. Our bathroom has jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Their bed was so comfortable and I was able to sleep very well. They clean the room everyday and provided new toiletries. Their breakfast is located at the roof top which will provide you a good view of the outside. Their rooftop has tripod so you can take good photos and videos whilst up there. If you wake up early you will be able to see the hot air balloons from the hotel. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. We appreciate all their efforts in making us feel comfortable and welcome in the hotel. Especially, Volcan, the lady at the reception (we forgot her name), and the owner. If you love dogs, this hotel is perfect for you. We got so close to Penny we didn't want to leave. They don't bark unless asked to ssssssspeak! Haha We'll surely choose Osmanli when we come back to Cappadocia.

Perfect place to stay, with a hot air balloon view 🎈the room was cozy, perfectly designed for relaxation with cave ambiance. The bed was comfy and also there were comfy chairs for sitting and reading. The best surprise is the view. 360 degree view on the terrace. This place is great for couples or anyone who wants to stay somewhere different

Room: The room is large, the bathroom is large, and the decoration is made of marble. It is actually higher than the photo, clean and tidy. Service: In addition to the front desk brother English is a little gap, but the boss English is good, all the service staff are very good, the boss also sent us to eat to buy tickets for the event, the front desk brother 24 hours with a smile to stick to the post is not easy, the restaurant even put Liang Zhu to do BGM. Environment: Although the location is biased, the boss will use his own car to pick up and drop off, which is very convenient. In the morning, the sky on the rooftop is so romantic that it is recommended.
