It was pretty good at the beginning. There was a tall and strong staff who was very friendly. He helped me put my things into the room and immediately wrote down the wifi and password for me. He was always smiling in a friendly way. But my WIFI password was correct, but I couldn't connect. I didn't care because I had enough data on the first day. But my service was shut down on the second day and I had to use it, so I asked why I couldn't connect to WIFI. A young staff member said that they didn't provide wifi, but it was clearly written in the details that there was public WIFI. Then the page also said that there were two breakfasts. When I was eating, a bunch of cats surrounded me and wanted to eat ham. I shared my portion with them and ate it, but they still looked at me eagerly and wanted to eat. I wanted to say that there were two breakfasts, and I was alone, so I only wanted the second portion of ham for the cats, but they told me that my breakfast only included one breakfast. 1. Cleanliness
The cleaning is very clean and the bedding is cozy. There are 4-5 cats living here and there, and they wander around the accommodation. They even eat in the dining room. I wish they didn't come to the dining room.
They ask if I want the room cleaned when I eat breakfast. I said I didn't want to, so I didn't want to.
2. Friendliness
The staff is very friendly. I thought breakfast was served buffet-style, but the staff prepared it for me, which was very embarrassing.
3. Facilities
I stayed in a room on the first floor, but one of the three windows didn't have a security window, so I couldn't open it. The other two faced the road, so I couldn't open them because I could see inside from outside. The curtains also had to be closed at all times, so the windows were useless. And I was surprised when I opened the window for a moment at night and a cat came in. It seems like there are a lot of security issues on the first floor.
The key looks like a real key, so it's a little inconvenient to open and lock the door, but it's pretty.

Good location and nice panoramic terrace but the pillows a little dirty. I would suggest avoiding noise at night in the common areas as I couldn't sleep due to other guests..

The room felt humid with NO AC installed, it wasn’t very clean, it was dusty and felt like someone had been there before. It was an emergency booking so we arrived pretty late. There is NO parking available so, we needed to park somewhere on those narrow streets. The lamps had no bulbs so no dim lights for the evening. The breakfast was basic, many flies around the food and cats! They have a nice spot to take photos on the roof.

Very good location of the hotel, close to the city center and the road to the observation deck! In the morning we reached Shari in 5 minutes)
There is breakfast, but it is meager.
For 2 nights they were not cleaned once, the room as a whole was a bit dirty. And the main disadvantage is the whitewash (or what is it?!) that falls from the walls and ceiling) be prepared if you want to live in a cave!
The floor was covered in this crumb, we walked around in street shoes, and within an hour all surfaces were covered with this stone crumb!
