I went to check in at 5pm, but there was no one at the front desk, so I had to wait quite a while in the heat. Also, when I wanted to ask a question at another time, there was no one at the front desk, which was inconvenient. The room was decorated in a unique antique style, cool even in the summer, and well-cleaned. The breakfast venue was located high up, so if you wake up early in the morning you can see the hot air balloons beautifully. I was looking forward to breakfast based on the photos in the reviews, but they didn't make any dishes like omelets, and they only gave me yogurt when I requested it. Got it for a cheaper price due to the last minute booking. Stayed one night with my family including 2 kids. Excellent breakfast. Room and toilet were clean. No ac due to the genuine reason. Since it is a cave hotel Ac no suitable that is what the manager explained. Apart from that 5 star..

There was a problem with my booking dates but he helped me smoothly and gave me a much better option at cheaper price.
Very good facilities, Good staff and they have a lovely breakfast with many more options for vegetarians

The rooms gave real cave experience. No color paints or extra wall builds were there in room. Totally recommend the stay. Gave a beautiful city lights view from common spaces. Breakfast was good.

Overall is good, clean and in good location (the whole area is walkable anyway).
Would be great to improve professionalism of the receptionists. Some of them is good, but some doesn't seem to have enough responsibility. Using google translate to communicate is fine, but at least should have someone standby for late night checkin.
