The hotel was a nightmare. Too expensive for the location and quality. It is in an absolute dungeon of a street, no way for a car to reach it. Rooms are very shabby even though they have all the good stuff but there is no space and they look dirty and shady. Cleanliness is a big issue inside the room as well as on the way their. It feels like an old cheap lodge converted into a hotel with some equipment. Wasn’t worth more than 50% of the actual cost.

Cigarette smell filled the room the bathroom had no hot water had to bath with cold water in very early morning. Room was 90% occupied by the bed hardly any space to walk. Bed sheets and pillow covers were stained. The hotel itself is located inside a one way narrow gully and if you have luggage you’ll have to get down on the main road and walk with luggage all the way to the hotel on slum like streets

At booking time i requested for lower bed and called to property for same but on reaching there they denied for lower bed and even they denied to give complementary water bottle and said we do not give these services in booking rest property was good food was ok and behaviour of staff was good.
