TownePlace Suites Nashville Goodlettsville

This was our first staying at a TownPlace Suites and we will be returning. We visit the area almost annually to visit family and this time we stayed for 6 nights and the room exceeded our expectation. I requested the top floor so we didn’t have to listen to anyone above us and this request was granted. Also we were at the end of the hall and I don’t think anyone was in the nearby rooms so it was very quiet. The breakfast was less than desirable but the indoor heated pool for our daughter made up for the terrible breakfast. Plus there’s a Cracker Barrel down the street which we always try to go to on our visits. Staff was friendly and great to deal with. Whenever we asked for new towels or we needed a vacuum to clean up some crumbs the staff was very responsive. Can’t wait to go back during the holidays.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. We were there 2 nights. Breakfast was adequate, but not exceptional. The person at check-in was not at all warm or welcoming; no name tag visible. However, Janice at check- out was kind and helpful. We had a number of issues with things that were broken or missing in our room as well as what appeared to be water damage from the shower in the bathroom. (There is a lot to be said for having a complete shower enclosure, not glass that only partially covers the shower.) I told Janice about all of our issues with the room, showed her photos I had taken, and she wrote everything down. I hope all of these problems have been addressed so future guests in this room can have a much more pleasant experience. My husband was in touch with management about our concerns and they were very receptive.

We stopped for an overnight stay on our way to Flordia. Great location, very clean and every team member we met was very hospitable, especially Cyndi at the front desk! She was very kind, personable, and helpful with anything we asked about. We will be returning on our way back! Thank you for a nice stay!

Three adult guest for a three night stay. We received no room service of any kind during the entire stay. Advised by front desk that a seven night stay is required to have housekeeping. -The room had just two very small wastebaskets. We were told we could get replacement bags from the front desk and empty our own trash leaving the full bags in the hallway for removal. -We were required to pick up our clean towels from the front desk. By the time of check-out, we had a mound of dirty towels in the small bathroom. -Upon entering and exiting the hotel, the front desk was never manned. Occasionally a staff member would appear from the back area if we stopped at the desk. Other times we waited for the employee to return to the desk from elsewhere. -Rates for this stay were through the roof. It is hardly guest/Bonvoy member friendly to charge such increased rates and then require guests to service their rooms themselves. Not the type of service we expect from a Marriott property, very disappointing.

very nice and friendly staff, I highly recommend staying here. Nice pool and fitness room. Nice breakfast and snack area by reception area. Laundry room. Very Clean everywhere. Just an over all great place to stay. I stayed there 3 x last Summer.

Well, this was only the second TownePlace Suites I've ever stayed in, and if you saw my review of the previous one, you'd know I now had HIGH expectations. So it was a bit of a letdown. I was traveling with a sick husband who needed to isolate in the bedroom, so I had the pull-out couch. When I pulled it out to make the bed, I discovered a food wrapper under the couch. I looked everywhere for bedding for the pull-out couch, as they said it was supposed to be in one of the closets, but there was nothing--not even an extra pillow. I went downstairs and got some bedding from the hotel clerk, but when I got back to the room realized there was only 1 fitted sheet and 1 light blanket, but no top sheet. I was too tired to go back for anything more. The rollout bed was awfully cheap and uncomfortable. The bar digs into your back all night, so sleep was really restless. (I suggest sleeping at a diagonal for minimum bar pain.) In the morning I woke up to mouse turds on the countertop. I was really glad I had taken the time the night before to unload all my stuff into the refrigerator, and close up all my bags again, or I would have been even more put off by it. The breakfast was decent--sausage patties and eggs cooked into perfect circles that you could put on buns (but weirdly no cheese to make it a proper breakfast sandwich haha.) I toasted a couple English muffins and we had cheese--less egg muffins. There was no fresh fruit, unfortunately, but there were some yogurt cups. The very nice gentleman at reception when I checked out was able to provide me with a couple masks that I asked him for, as I had another day's drive yet to get my sick husband home.

Gross. Loud. Noisy. Stomping feet above. Tv from room next door. Dirty and very worn. Bed was atrocious. Sagging creeping on wobbly legs. HORRIBLE UNRESTFUL STAY. Every single time we stay at any of this chain. NOISY LOUSY STAYS. Mold in shower black stuff in toilet, just scummy.
