"Pros: clean, spacious, comfortable, good location, diverse breakfast options prepared to guest preferences, very warm and welcoming staff (especially Senait), excellent value. Cons: The fitness center is minimal, but I’ve never seen another hotel of this size that has a fitness center at all, so perhaps not really a con. Other: I moved here after being disappointed with another hotel in Gondar. I liked the Inn of the Four Sisters so much that I extended my stay in Gondar."

"It is possible that in the past this was a vey good hotel however today it obviously lacks any maintenance. I was given a room where there was no water in the toilet. I requested it to be fixed but it wasn’t. I then requested a different room. Despite the fact that there was virtually nobody staying at the hotel I actually had to spend 30 minutes convincing a manager that water in a toilet is necessary. The room I was finally given had a damp ceiling and was certainly not well maintained but since I was only staying one night I accepted it. Other guests noted that they had no hot water in the shower. Positives…the view from the hotel, the buffet breakfast was really good and dinner at the hotel restaurant was also good."

"The hotel is located in the hills above Gondar a 20 minute drive from the airport. The terrace provides great views of the distant mountains and the town of Gondar. A really nice well appointed bedroom. Good shower with warm water. Excellent menu and enjoyed dinner and my breakfast. Lovely helpful staff"

"Very clean and comfortable room with a huge balcony. The staff was very helpful, a very good contact with staff. Especially the young man at the reception - Solomon - was very supportive and helpful. Also an owner was always ready to help. The room was well equiped and spacious.
