The hotel is nice but dated. The beach area is overcrowded and “booked” with towels since early morning…breakfast is ok. Overall the staff is friendly but with a large language barrier I counted only 3 people speaking a good English. The last night to order the room service was insane. At the check-in, imho, looks like ******* is not really a good welcome card but their website it’s again not English friendly. Final vote 6 out of 10.

otelin konumu, kompaktligi, yemekler, odalari ve temizlik ilk gin kesin bodrum adresimiz brada olacak dedirtti.
fakat kahvalti ve iskelede servis ihtiyacimiz dogdugu andan itibaren gorusumuz tamamen degisti. ne yazik ki duvan markasina yakismayacak bir servis kalitesi. bir su icmek icin veya siparisin gelmesi icin verdigimiz mucadele yipraticiydi.

Otele saat 10:00 gibi giriş yaptık . Yoldan geldiğimiz için açıkmıştık . Kahvaltı salonuna yöneldiğimizde kahvaltıya alamayacaklarını bizim kahvaltı hakkımızın bir sonra ki gün olduğunu söylediler . Sonuç itibari ile divan otelin misafiri olarak gittik ve orda konakladık . Bu yaklaşım hiç iyi olmadı . Ertesi gün kahvaltı yaptığımızda kahvaltı salonunda çalışan arkadaşların hepsi çok ilgiliydi . Tek tek teşekkür ediyorum onlara . Oteli genel olarak değerlendirdiğimde 2 yıldız . O yıldızlarda sadece kahvaltı personeli için .

lokasyon olarak sahane bir yerdi. hem deniz hem havuz cok guzel ve temiz.
sezon acilmadan geldigimiz icin cok az misafir vardi, sakin tatil sevdigimiz icin kesinlikle bizim icin idealdi.
temizlik ve otel calisanlarinin guler yuzlulugu inanilmaz iyi. tum deneyimlerim arasinda en ilgili ve yardimsever personeldi diyebilirim. sabah kahvaltilari cok lezetliydi. kahvaltida destek olan filiz ve figen hanim gercekten cok guler yuzlu ve ilgili, gununuzun kotu baslama sansi yok.
hayvansever bi yer olmasi cok iyi kedi ve kopeklere mama ve su veriliyor, cevredeki sokak hayvanlarina gore iyi durumdalar.
sadece bi hayvansever olarak boyle profesyonel bir kurumdan otel icindeki kedi ve kopeklerl kisirlastirma konusunda bir aksiyon planlarinin olmasini beklerdim. bu kadar guzel bir dogada oranin guzelliklerinden faydalanirken onlara bunu borcluyuz. otel icindeki hic bi sokak hayvani kisir degildi. bu konuda cok acil onlem alinmasi onemli. hayvanlari gordukce bu konuda canim sikildi, cogu hamileydi ya da yeni dogum yapmisti.
sahane tatiller yapmak istiyorsak bize sunulan bu doganin sagligini gormemezlikten gelemeyiz.

Temizlik, kahvaltı, deniz mükemmeldi, akşam yemekleri biraz daha çeşitlendirilebilir belki. Yaşadığınız bir sorun en fazla 5 dakika içinde çözültüyor, bunda otel müdürü Hasan Uzunhasan beyin katkıları göz ardı edilemez, elbette Divan grubunun genel müdürü Murat Tomruk beyin böylesi güzel bir kadroyu bir araya getirmesi de taktire şayan. Ayrıca Divan Bodrum az sayıda olan engelli dostu otellerimizden.

Started with very friendly welcome by the reception staff and 15minutes later we entered the room which was very comfortable and enough space to put everything into the wardrobe. A nice balcony with a sitting garnitur rounded up our room. Everything very very clean. If you need anything just call the reception or room service and within minutes a friendly and smiling staff is knocking to your door - fantastic service. What should we say about the breakfast: it is simply fantastic and you receive an individual service from the friendly staff and you feel like you are the only guest - thanks to the BREAKFAST team ! It is in a buffet style but somehow with the service together it is much more individuell as the normal known hotel breakfast buffets. We enjoyed daily early morning swimming and it is marveless as it is quite and you enjoy the sea and atmosphere. If you go out of the water a staff was bringing already a towel to dry up - SUPER. The staff at the beach (ISKELE) was from the morning up to evening helpful, smiling which is absolut not easy at that temperature if you have to work. THANKS beach (ISKELE) team. We enjoyed our days at Divan Palmira very much and we will come for sure again Anna Maria + Richard
