前台服務 前台工作人員非常熱情，辦理入住手續高效快捷，態度友好，還主動介紹了酒店的設施和服務，讓人感到賓至如歸。 房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，床品舒適，設施齊全（如空調、電視、迷你吧等）。窗外視野開闊，隔音效果也很好，晚上非常安靜。 衞生狀況 衞生間一塵不染，毛巾和浴巾都很乾凈，洗漱用品齊全，房間內沒有任何異味，整體衞生狀況令人滿意。 酒店配備了氧氣，加濕器，空調，健身房、24小時自助洗衣，和餐廳，設施維護得很好。客房服務響應迅速，有任何需求都能及時得到解決。 前台退房手續非常便捷，前台工作人員細心詢問入住體驗，並提供了發票和行李寄存服務，非常貼心。 這次入住體驗非常愉快，酒店的服務、環境和設施都超出了預期，性價比很高。下次出行還會選擇這家酒店，也會推薦給朋友和家人。

為大家分享一家讓我印象深刻的酒店！一進門，就被前台那精緻的裝飾和熱情的服務員吸引住了。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，設施齊全，簡直就像家一樣温馨。大堂的裝潢更是別具一格，藝術品和綠植點綴其間，讓人心情愉悦。這家酒店的服務態度也非常好，無論是入住還是退房，都讓人感到非常方便和愉快。強烈推薦給大家，下次旅行一定會再來！

酒店還不錯，雖然是老酒店但陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的，一進門就很暖和，酒店管家提前就在聯繫詢問喜好，房間氧氣，加濕器，空調都是24小時，並且安排全部提前打開了，前台的引導服務做的很不錯，進門就有阿姨幫忙拿行李並幫忙送到房間，歡迎下午茶也提前配了，晚上住宿環境蠻安靜的，推薦一手，房間温馨，前台人員服務態度很温和，地理位置也非常好，非常便捷，總體很棒，退房還送了伴手禮，下次還會再來入住，非常滿意！

這次在格爾木探親之旅，因為入住黃河大酒店，體驗直接拉滿！❤️必須好好誇誇，這個小城市竟然有一家服務超五星的酒店是真的意外！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
抵達酒店時，前台工作人員熱情又親切，快速幫我們辦理了入住，還貼心升級親子套房型。意外的是還沒從前一個城市出發酒店就有電話來問需不需要接機，關鍵還是免費的😊，又知道我帶長者孩子出行，不僅送了小禮物，還準備了嬰兒床和小童洗漱用品，玩具，畫書，這情緒價值超讚啊！📚。
酒店安排的接送機服務，準時又方便（小姐姐好看呢，哈哈哈）有天我外出，長者孩子留在酒店，工作人員主動幫忙照顧，陪孩子玩耍，工作認真也都很習慣我的寶貝喲，感覺特別親切，還為長者推薦當地特色的養生餐食。❤️❤️
當然酒店房間也乾淨舒適，還有健身房，咖啡廳，洗衣房，等等等等，早餐廳的顧客也很多看樣子生意好都是應該的呢！！！！
哈哈哈～這次入住，各方面都無可挑剔，下次來格爾木探親，肯定還選這兒！希望這個酒店會越來越好，這個城市也會因為有這羣熱情的人變得更美好！！❤️❤️❤️

酒店服務挺不錯，前台態度熱情周到，衞生也打掃的很乾凈，酒店出入也挺很方便，整體住下來給人感覺非常舒服，阿姨們也都很熱情，有需求及時解決，早餐也不錯，性價比很高，交通便利，設施齊全，總而言之很喜歡，下次還會來。

酒店房間的設施非常先進（瀰漫式供氧，24小時中央空調，加濕器，空氣凈化器），同時房間裏面的衞生也十分乾淨，諾大的落地窗可以看到整個城市的夜景，酒店房間裏面的床也很舒適，提前瞭解客人喜好配備了蕎麥枕。預訂的是無早餐的房間，工作人員贈送了兩份早餐。體驗了一下，自助式早餐非常豐富，還有專屬的小童區域。是一次非常不錯的入住體驗。

房間非常乾淨，一進大廳香薰的味道非常舒服。裝修風格簡潔，整體服務人員的素質也很高，每個人見了都在熱情的打招呼問好，不管是打掃衞生，還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服。服務態度更是超級好！！晚上還贈送了醪糟湯圓，太意外了，退房還贈送了伴手禮，不小心落了東西在酒店自己都不知道，前台小姐姐打電話核實情況後，熱情迅速的幫忙郵寄了。真的太感謝了！對客像對待家人一樣，真的非常滿意
