Jingfeng Wan Hao Hotel (Kunlun Plaza)

The hotel is centrally located in Golmud, easy to find, and has parking. The hotel is quite large with many rooms. The rooms are decent and clean, with a separate wet and dry bathroom. The shower area is spacious, while the toilet area is a bit small.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel breakfast offered a great variety, and the front desk service was excellent! Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is quite good, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, which is very convenient. The room wasn't huge, but it was still very nice, and the service was excellent. The room rate didn't increase during the holidays, and the hotel even thoughtfully delivered fruit in the evening. The breakfast buffet also offered a good variety.

The environment is good, and the facilities are very new. The computers have high specs, and the service was also very satisfactory. Overall, it's good; I'll come again next time.

This was the best experience ever! The hotel's hardware is excellent, but what truly stands out is their impeccable service. I forgot my room key after check-in, and whenever I needed anything, they responded quickly and solved it instantly! All the hotel staff are well-trained and extremely polite. The service here in Golmud really surpasses many five-star hotels in other cities. The hotel offers various thoughtful services, like complimentary late check-out for guests with late flights and free airport shuttle services. It's a shame I didn't take any photos at the hotel. Despite the slight altitude sickness in Golmud, staying here was a truly comfortable and wonderful experience.

Excellent! They saw we had a child with us and upgraded our double room to a triple. The room was very spacious, the environment was lovely, and it was super clean. There are also many dining options nearby, making it convenient to get around. The breakfast was quite substantial too.

Service was great at first, and they even upgraded my room. However, the staff weren't very attentive. I emphasized at check-in that I'd booked for two nights, but when I came back exhausted on the first day, my room card didn't work. No one answered the phone, so I had to go back down to sort it out. It was so frustrating late at night.

The room is very clean.

The room facilities are complete, comfortable, and cozy. The cleanliness is good, the environment is good, and the service is good. The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for transportation. Furthermore, the lobby manager's service was very thoughtful. The bottled water placed in the hotel corridors was a great convenience, which I feel even some large hotels can't match. It made me feel warm and impressed! Great 👍
