Ibis Hotel (Ge'ermu Bayi Middle Road Kunlun Square Branch)

The hotel's location is excellent, the environment is elegant and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The service attitude is enthusiastic; they even helped us with our luggage when we arrived late at night. The room was clean and smart, an oxygen-enriched room, and I slept exceptionally well. The breakfast was plentiful. Overall satisfaction is incredibly high, I highly recommend it!

The room had great natural light, was spotlessly clean, and came with a full set of toiletries. The soundproofing was also good, keeping it quiet and peaceful. I'd had some trouble sleeping the past few nights while driving, but I slept incredibly well here! Plus, it's super convenient for getting around and eating, right by a plaza and with a snack street nearby offering everything from BBQ to hotpot. I highly recommend the stir-fried noodles (chao mian pian) – absolutely delicious!

The room location is great, clean and comfortable. The laundry room is very convenient, and it's easy to get around and find food. The breakfast is amazing, highly recommended!

Facilities and cleanliness deserve full marks. Service deserves 0 marks. Our room booking included a highland-themed souvenir, but the front desk didn't provide one upon check-in. While in the elevator, we saw other guests carrying Ibis paper bags. When checking out at 9 AM on June 10th, we went to the front desk to ask about the souvenir. There was only one young woman at the front desk, and no other guests. The first time I asked, she pretended not to hear and kept her head down, working on her computer. The second time, she still didn't answer. Then someone came to scan a parking QR code, and she enthusiastically scanned the other person's code. I got angry and yelled, "I asked you three times, and you didn't answer a single question?" The young woman was also quite temperamental: "I'm scanning someone else's parking QR code." I turned and left; the souvenir was fine with me.

The hotel is located in the city center or the heart of a commercial district, surrounded by a full range of amenities including restaurants, shopping, and medical facilities. Multiple business districts and transportation hubs are within walking distance, and parking is convenient with ample spaces available. Some users specifically mentioned the hotel's proximity to Kunlun Square, large supermarkets, and night markets, making it easy for tourists to obtain daily necessities and experience local cuisine. Some newly opened locations are also near parks, attractions, or highway exits, catering to the diverse needs of those traveling by car.

Ibis consistently maintains its high standards, and its location is excellent, near a square, making it convenient to go anywhere. It has a laundry room and dryer, which is a rare find in many hotels along the Qinghai-Gansu loop.

The hotel service was good, the room facilities were complete and new, and it matched the online description. It was conveniently located with many restaurants nearby, and the area was safe and quiet. Overall, a very good experience and high value for money.

Parking was extremely difficult; parking spaces were hard to find, and you had to drive quite far in to find one. The parking area was also rather narrow. The service didn't feel like that of a chain brand. When I went to check in, I had already booked two breakfasts on Ctrip, and my Ctrip order clearly included two breakfasts. There were two people at the front desk; one said there weren't any. I insisted that breakfast was included, and he asked the other person, who checked and said there weren't any. It was very awkward. I showed him my Ctrip order on my phone, saying that there were breakfasts included, and only then did he confirm and give me two vouchers. It was so embarrassing. I told my companion three times that breakfast was included and that we had booked it. On the first day, when I went to eat breakfast, no one checked the room card or voucher. On the second day, when I went around 9 AM, someone checked it. Also, around 4 or 5 AM, there was a loud noise outside the window, louder than the air conditioner's outdoor unit. I don't know what it was, but I was woken up by it both nights.

Hygiene is not a strong point. The hotel's housekeeping department neglected to leave a bottle of water that someone had drunk from in the refrigerator. The room had a small window, not the large one shown in the photos. The hotel is located in a busy area, next to local nightclubs and clubs. A female receptionist at the front desk couldn't get a check-in because of a duplicate name, even after giving her her phone number and ID. Fortunately, a male receptionist helped with the check-in, which was a plus for the hotel, as his service was quite good!
