"The room is very neat and cool, the breakfast is commendable, and the location is strategic, but I was shocked when I was told I could not have a guest in my room even after paying for 2 persons when I booked. I was never informed about this and felt embarrassed when the receptionist was telling me this right in front of my guest, and almost turned my plea down, and it took close to 15 minutes before she accepted as she was struggling to understand my English. If adults can't be with visitors in privacy in a hotel, where do you expect them to stay with their visitor after paying two persons price? It was so embarrassing that I had to move elsewhere the next day."

"It has absolutely nothing to do with the commune. It looks close to the sea, but it's very far away, and it's ridiculous. No matter how many days you stay, they asked for 5 euros a day for tourist fees and beach access, as if they were right on the beach. I didn't pay. You only pay the tourist fee once, not for every day you stay. I absolutely do not recommend it. I'm telling those who are going, please be careful."

"The good: the rooms and bed were nice. The bad: they don’t tell you that have to rent your pool towels, the staff was rude, the safe didn’t work, the beach is very small with seaweed, and breakfast was cold. Also, my husband was walking through the hotel from the pool without a shirt. He was called out and told per policy that he needed to wear a shirt. My husband was the only one who was told this. I witnessed many man who walked through without a shirt and without being told to cover up. Side note: my husband is Turkish and the only darker skinned guest."

"Nice hotel and beautiful serenity but the noise from traffic outside is too much and prevents sleep especially at night despite closing blinds, windows and doors. We got our room swapped for this reason but still didn’t block the noise.  Noisy environment not for light sleepers like me."

"32 Days at Flower Hotel – A Stay to Remember We spent a total of 32 days at Flower Hotel, across 3 different stays during July and August. It was truly one of the most beautiful and enjoyable holidays we have ever had. This was our 3rd consecutive time coming back, and once again, our stay was absolutely wonderful. I cannot leave without mentioning the reception team, who were always attentive to our requests and ready to help whenever we needed them. The service staff were also incredibly kind and caring, always making us feel like we were part of the family. A special appreciation goes to the kitchen staff, who delighted us every day with the delicious food and variety at the buffet. I also cannot leave out the housekeeping team, who took great care of our room every single day and made sure everything was always clean and in perfect order. And of course, a very special thank you to Ms. Erinda, who paid attention to every detail and did everything possible to make sure our stay at the hotel was as perfect as possible. Without hesitation, we would like to congratulate the owners on having such a wonderful hotel and an amazing team. After spending 32 days here, we can honestly say that we had a truly great experience and are leaving with nothing but beautiful memories. "The hotel is 40 km outside the city of Tirana, close to the city of Dennes. The hotel is a new hotel, the working system should be more professional and work with more professional people. The breakfast is very inadequate for Turkish guests and the presentation is very poor. It has a sea view, but it sees a little sea from the side. The parking area is very large and sufficient."
