The staff are very hard-working and friendly and the food is very good and cheap in Albsnia. Unfortunately we were given a very basic room for 3 people with a very narrow bathroom, not what we booked.

I stayed 5 nights here. The customer service is generally very poor. The a la carte restaurant had terrible food and what was more disgusting was the attitude of the male staff when I complained. There was a female manager who addressed the issue eventually but by that time I was already too irritated to be comforted. It was very obvious the staff were staring one down and discussing one which again, is highly unprofessional. Very disappointing experience at the a la carte restaurant. I only went there one day and ate elsewhere every other time. The buffet restaurant was average for breakfast. It was the same food daily and offered little variety but it was the basic stuff one could fill up on. I tried dinner there once and I left hungry because the options were not just limiting but poor. The room was nice, clean, spacious and offered a nice view. The cleaners were diligent but a bit annoying that my sheets were not changed once in 5 nights, despite visible stains. The hotel is quite a distance from Tirana so if the city feel is desired, it’s not the right location. One day tour of Tirana was enough for me though. What I enjoyed most about my stay was the location. Despite being off peak season, it’s situated beautifully with lots of alternatives for food. I actually found a perfect restaurant at Pinea Hotel which is where I ended up dining every day. I also enjoyed the pizzas from the fast food restaurants on the main street. Food is a big part of my holiday and if these options weren’t available the dining experience at Klajdi itself would have ruined my food experience. There are also a lot of shops on the main street which is again very useful. Customer service was the lowest point there. Their staff seemed untrained and lacked empathy. I recall my son falling down in the reception area and despite letting out a loud cry, the 3 staff there showed no concern or empathy. It put me off the lot. Another high point was the indoor pool/sauna area. Beautiful and considering the weather dips around 5pm, one could move from the beach area there easily. The staff down there was an amazing young girl and was different quality from what they had in the hotel area. In summary, it had great potential due to the quality of the hotel and the location but the service delivery and dining experience are a huge let down. For those reasons, I’m unlikely to return.

Piękna promenada wzdłuż wybrzeża, a zatoczka bezpieczna. Morze mimo że październik ciepłe. Pogoda dopisała, oprócz jednego dnia z niżem genueńskim - cały dzień lało i grzmiało. Wokół sporo lokalnych sklepików, spar i 2 apteki. Czysto, sprawnie i z dużą dbałością. Obsługa dyskretna, uprzejma i szybka.

The resort is very well maintained and very clean. The check-in was quick. We were welcomed by Mary, Resarta and Raul, fantastic and kind guys who immediately gave us a warm welcome 🥰. They explained to us all the services and meal times. The rooms are spacious, equipped with all the comforts. In the bathroom you will find shampoo, shower foam, body cream, toothpaste and toothbrush, even a manicure set. There are 2 restaurants, one buffet and the other à la carte. In the buffet restaurant, you will find chef Atilla with his staff who will delight your palate. The chef is a very kind person, he welcomes all customers with a smile. The dishes are delicious and the restaurant is full of all kinds of food! Every day you will find fresh salad, variety of meat and fish, local cheeses, sweets and fruit. And then the chef creates works of art in the watermelon. He cut the watermelon peel and made one with my face. What a kind thought. Thanks again chef 🙏🤲🏻🥰 The resort has a SPA too where you can relax. Other services as massages are obviously paid. In the à la carte restaurant you can eat well and you don't spend much but the right price. The pasta is well cooked (and I'm Italian) and the pizza can be improved. The service is good, but here too you can improve and get better !!! Here, I had the pleasure of meeting the director Aminka, a woman! Between women we understand each other immediately! We talked a lot and she was very interested in my opinion. Listening to a customer always leads to great solutions. Thanks again to everyone, we will definitely be back. 🌹🌹🌹

Kljadi Resort in Golem is a true paradise! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff greeted us with unmatched warmth and efficiency. The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and easy access to local attractions. The food is divine, with every meal featuring the freshest ingredients and exceptional flavors. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel truly valued. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculate—ideal for relaxation. The nightly live music added a magical touch to our evenings, and the resort’s commitment to cleanliness and fresh food was evident throughout. Best of all, the quality of the experience is exceptional given the incredibly affordable prices. I’ve already booked my next stay for next year and can't wait to return. If you’re looking for a flawless escape, Kljadi Resort is your destination!

Zero rating - very bad experience We took one of the best room in the hotel (Deluxe King Suite), however, it never felt deluxe! 1. No hot water in shower - the staff said it will work after 15 minutes and that didn’t happen, woke up next day and still cold water! 2. Bad smell sewage in room 3. The air condition is not working properly 4. The water drips from air conditions throughout the corridors 5. Extremely LOUD music all night long, nit suitable for kids or old people 6. Very crowded.. the hotel is basically depending on “quantity” rather than “quality”. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Recenzja z punktu widzenia par bez dzieci (osoby z dziećmi mogą mieć zdecydowanie inne odczucia, więc warto wziąć to pod uwagę) Wczasy z biurem podróży TUI, All inclusive.
