Decepcionante a experiência, logo ao entrar no quarto surpresa de identificar o local ainda sem limpeza e roupa de cama sem ser trocada do último hóspede, o cartão fornecido constantemente desprogramava e não abria a porta, uma infiltração no corredor do quarto que alagou o carpete, recepção com um único atendente o que ocasionou filas. Enfim hotel precisa melhorar muito.

Limpeza muito superficial. Jantei no primeiro dia no quanto, caiu um pouco de molho na mesa e ficou suja a semana inteira. Lugar excessivamente perfumado. Funcionários com má vontade. Cheguei cansada e já tinha tomado banho estava de pijama, solicitei uma sobremesa no restaurante e eles simplesmente não poderiam entregar no quarto, eu teria que descer... desconforto.

Hotel fica no local nobre e de fácil acesso aos principais pontos de Goiânia. Café da manhã muito bom, atendimento ótimo. As instalações são boas. Wi-fi funciona bem. Só poderia melhorar o acesso da garagem que é só por escada. Mas a minha experiência foi muito boa. Recomendo!

Quartos bem limpos, cama e travesseiro confortável. O hotel em geral e os quartos são extremamente perfumados. Café da manhã bem servido, com variedade de opções, inclusive para quem toma café mais tarde, quando geralmente os hotéis deixam de repor alguns itens... Atendimento dos funcionários excelente, extremamente educados e ágeis. É bem localizado, e tem um excelente custo benefício.

Ótimas instalações, quartos confortáveis, recepção impecável, ótimo café da manhã. Ponto negativo, atraso na arrumação do quarto, falta de troca das toalhas e retirada e reposição dos produtos de toalete utilizados. Estive hospedada anteriormente e o serviço foi perfeito, por isso achei necessário fazer essas observações.
