Café da manhã muito bom. O atendimento também . Instalações precisam de mais manutenção. Portas estragadas na base , perto do chão. Torneira pingando água o tempo todo.
No mais tudo bem confortavel. Não fiz refeições no hotel.

Hotel está péssimo, tudo está muito velho. Nem a luz dos quartos não funcionam, abertura das portas não magnetizam, o ar nem pensar. Fiquei nele e não tinha luz no quarto, e não conseguem trocar,pois informaram que estava cheio e não podiam fazer nada.

Bom hotel é da mesma rede de hotéis do Plaza In Breeze Aeroporto. Fica localizado mais no centro da cidade, então para chegar ou sair do hotel se enfrenta muito trânsito, para quem precisa se deslocar ao aeroporto é bom sair com antecedência. Bom café da manhã, bom atendimento e bom quarto.

Muito mal atendido pelo setor de Reservas senhora Luene! Chuveiro do quarto com problemas caindo tampas registro, porta do banheiro caindo e não fecha, roupas de cama rasgadas, iluminação do quarto com problemas, tomadas 110 padrão antigo e hotel não tem adaptadores, muito barulho externo e nos corredores. Gerente senhor Valter sem acesso para receber as reclamações, três vezes que o procurei não estava e os colaboradores não passaram contato, muito menos ele me procurou!!!

O hotel tem uma estrutura necessária e bem localizada. O que o diferencia é a limpeza e o profissionalismo e atenção do time. Destaque para o simpático Sr. Milton, sempre atento na recepção, Marcelo e agora o Josué, o mais novo do time. Eficientes, educados e que se identificam, acredito, com a alma do hotel.

Gostei de tudo no hotel, ótima localização, cama King, café da manhã completo, ótimo atendimento, academis (mas não usei). Só pecou na minha avaliação em um ponto, a manutenção da porta descascada no banheiro, nada que atrapalhou minha estada.
