I spent almost a month in this hotel, on business. The place is quiet. The rooms are equipped with a microwave oven and a small fridge, as well as a coffee maker. There is no kettle. The welcome is very professional, and gets warmer the longer you stay. The pool/spa area is pleasant. Reservations are required at reception. Room cleaning is available on request. I'll be coming back for my work and I'm looking forward to it.

This was a good hotel for a quick work trip. The staff were so, so friendly, the lady even remembered my name from the front desk. It was a bit dated, so the elevator was a bit concerning which caused me to take the stairs, but the set up to the stairs was very neat. Open to the lobby so you weren't isolated. The restaurant inside was closed for the holidays since I was there right between Christmas and New Years, so not a huge deal as it would be open otherwise. Nice gas station almost next to the hotel which was helpful!

Visited Dec 24th for the night. When we walked in the front desk lady was on her cell phone and we weren't greeted. My husband stopped to make coffee and she still proceeded to continue her personal call so we went onto find our room with the online check in. When we got to our room the online checkin key didn't work so had to go back down stairs to get help. Finally 30 min later in the room which was just OK. The bathroom had hair on the floor and tub. The pillows were soft as flapjacks and the vents could use a cleaning.

When we checked in there were no wash cloths or hand towels in the room. We got wash cloths and towels from the front desk. When we took showers that night we found the container of body wash was completely empty. The next morning we advised the gentleman on the front desk and he said he would advise the housekeeping staff of the problems. We advised also that there was a lamp in the room that was not working, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was very loose. By the time we returned from lunch the next day all of these maintenance items had been fixed. The housekeeping staff made up the room on the second day and again there were no wash cloths or hand towels in the room. We were going out for the rest of the day and the front desk personnel told us they would have wash cloths and towels sent to the room. When we returned that night there were still no wash cloths or hand towels in the room. I advised the lady at the front desk and she said they were in the dryer and would be dry in 35 minutes and she would bring them to our room. About 55 minutes later I went to the front desk and asked if the items were still in the dryer and she said ”sorry” and got them for me. The hotel was apparently short of wash cloths and hand towels, and the housekeeping staff clearly needs to be more closely managed. This is not typical of Marriott properties and we will be avoiding this Residence Inn on future visits unless we learn they have improved.

I was beyond impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. From the front desk to housekeeping/maintenance. The evening manager even took time out to help carry my instacart delivery to our table. They were so patient and accommodating of a large group of hockey families. Much appreciated! Thank you!

I just left after a 4 night stay at this Holiday Inn and Suites. I do not have one negative comment to make. I stayed in a king room with a walk in shower. The shower enclosure has a metal lip at the bottom so if u need a wheel in shower I would check. First the hotel appears to be very well maintained and very clean. My room furniture was all in very good condition. My bed was straightened daily and I received fresh towels daily, something a lot of hotels do not do anymore. The body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are all in bottles on the wall. My room was just off the lobby and was very quiet. There is an indoor pool I did not use, but it appeared in good shape. The breakfast which is included in ur room price was surprisingly good. Make ur own pancakes, 2 types of sausage or a bacon and sausage. Premade omelets and scrambled eggs, yogurt, a few cereals. Enough to get ur day started. The room clerks were all polite and professional. I did think the room was a little pricey for the area, but it is much better rated than other area hotels.

We are in Deptford Township New Jersey between State Highway 42 and 55. The Deptford Mall and stores like Target are within a mile. View the Delaware River flow through Almonesson Lake, Timber Creek Park, and Blackwood Terrace all less than two miles away. Our Ava meeting room holds up to 30 people.
