The room we were initially given smelled terrible. It smelled like old urine was blowing out of the AC. The staff was gracious and quickly got us moved to a new room. The second room was acceptable and didn't smell, but still had cleanliness concerns. One wall had a old splash stain down the wall, the comforter was dingy, the shower was grimy in the corners. The rooms could use some updates- There was no fan in the bathroom, the AC was very loud, and the pillows were old and flat. Overall, the room was very quiet and the staff were all kind and helpful. But I generally have better experiences at Hilton Garden Inn locations and don't think I would not stay here again.

Nice comfortable room, good wifi and a very good breakfast buffet. Not ideal if you want to go into the centre of Denver and haven't got a car, but a good stopping place for a short stay. Only problem was that the aircon/heating unit in my room was broken.

A fabulous stay! The hotel is clean and vibrant, the welcome staff at check in are friendly, courteous and knowledgable about the area! The refreshment bar is stocked with mouth watering fresh infused waters, coffee and tea. The room was quiet, wonderful window views and was well appointed. Small microwave and dorm sized refrigerator met all my needs. Bathroom was well appointed, mold and mildew free and enough water pressure to make for a satisfying shower. Breakfast had enough variety and was reasonably priced. I didn’t have a need to visit the retail area, but there was a Target within walking distance if you forgot anything. Walking to the area eateries felt safe and was well let at night. Couldn’t have planned a better stay!

Our flight was late. We paid for the rooms upfront. They gave our reservations away because we got in after midnight. We were left stranded at 12:30am with no rooms. After we already paid for them! And to top it off they refused to give refund. Would not recommend,

Stayed 1 night as part of an escorted tour . The room was large and comfortable and contained everything we needed . The staff were friendly, they went out of their way to get me extra supplies of milk ,tea,coffee etc . There were plenty of places nearby to get decent food . It was also next door to a huge Target where we were able to stock up on drinks and snacks . We had a pleasant stay.

We had three rooms because of various issues: Room 1 red spill & wet floor and smelled of wet carpet and the carpet was actually wet. Room 2 assigned belonged to someone else Room 3 was sufficient but faucet in bathroom leaked and the tub had a ring. Front desk agent was friendly and helped us fix the room issues but the 2nd room he gave us, he didn’t know was occupied. When this happened he was unprofessional, he was throwing papers around and cussing regarding other associates in front of us. Breakfast area had no sign that there was a charge for the food & no attendant until we already had food. Coffee was cold and they ran out. Patio was a disaster Vomit or food spill on the ground and trash over flowing. Ash tray dumped all over the patio FYI at check out the patio issue was resolved

Mobile check in and picking the room is great and typical for the Hilton brand, I love this. Unfortunately, the mobile key is not working so I missed out on that joy. $12 for parking in an open lot shared by the surrounding restaurants. I am not a fan of the television guide and remove. In most places, some channels are grouped somewhat close together. However, there is no order, all local channels are not together, and so on. Not only that, but there are no channel numbers, so if you are looking for a specific channel, you must scroll through the entire list. The pillows were very soft, and if this is your preference you will love them. I am not. The King room is spaced out pretty nice, and from the 8th floor I had a good view. Even though there is a thermostat on the wall, the HVAC was controlled directly on the wall unit. Decent sized fitness center, however 2 of the 3 treadmills were not working, and there was items missing from the universal machine. Close to several restaurants in the area, but it's not in the heart of Cherry Creek where the nice shops and restaurants are. I will continue to stay in the Hilton brand, but I'm not positive I would use this location again.

A very nice room and hotel, we had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The staff were very helpful. There are a lot of eating places close by and a Target grocery store very close by. One of the better hotels on our coach tour. We can recommend this hotel and would stay here again

I Had a great experience, I made a reservation last minute I believe her name was Samantha and she mentioned it was her first day, she did wonderful especially since she was new to the job and my room was very clean and neat for my liking!! It was also a perfect location for me! I will be returning in the future. So I highly recommend this location.
