We had not good experience, although the staff made as much as possible to fix it. In my opinion, they must be refund the amount in that type of situations. But it is not my decision. Sorry but it was a bad experience

The hotel is very close to Sydney University and Sydney University of Science. There is a Chinese fast food restaurant downstairs and it is also close to the bus station.
