Hotel good and up to the usual standard I would expect from Premier Inn. I was just a bit disappointed at the poor welcome we received on arrival at 2am. The lady was rather grumpy, simply saying ‘have you checked in?’ No we hadn’t as unfortunately, despite staying at Premier Inn hotels regularly, we weren’t informed that we could. Besides, the self-service screens at the reception desk were all off-line/out of service, as indicated by the signs stuck the screens. We had also just travelled on a 4 hour flight from Turkey. No welcome given, no ‘have a good night.’ Just, ‘you’re in room 18, round the corner.’ The staff at breakfast were nice. Breakfast of a good standard. Room nice and modern, a few rogue hairs in the bathroom, but other than that, would stay again for its proximity to the airport. We usually stay at the airport but as we had booked our holiday last minute, the prices at the airport hotels were extortionate. Free parking is a bonus.

If you want a budget then this does just the job, after looking at more central hotels with extortionate prices we booked this one. No it isn’t all frills but what do you expect when you’re paying lower prices. Room was spacious and clean, beds comfy, was very warm but fan supplied. Hair dryer not working but thankfully had taken own. The chap on reception (we didn’t get his name) was friendly and full of banter which was refreshing! Buffet breakfast with self service.

Really nice hotel, always friendly staff. Stay here often when working away. A special shoutout to the barman Ronnie always goes the extra mile when I stay, forever going above and beyond. If not behind the bar he’s waiting on, and clearing tables

Worst Premier Inn I have stayed in. The staff were lovely, but the room was dusty, hairs left in the bathroom sink and shower and additional pillows just stuffed under the bed. To top it off, despite arriving at 3pm, at no point was it highlighted that the restaurant would be closed that evening. We had 2 children with us (1 and 2yrs old) and although there was a bar across the road, we preferred the menu for them at the hotel. On arriving downstairs for dinner, we were then told that the restaurant had been closed due to a coach party that had arrived - what makes them a priority over every other paying customer in the hotel?? If we were told on check in, we could have eaten somewhere more suitable for the children than the horrendous food we were served at the bar opposite. I would not return to this hotel, I am really disappointed as I have stayed in many premier inns over the years and this was my worse experience

booked this hotel for a quick stay as I fell unwell ROSS the receptionist was amazing and went above and beyond on our arrival. His customer service and support at check in and after was fantastic and definitely has to be mentioned. It made my stay alot easier. Had a great rest and felt at ease due to his customer care. He was fantastic with the whole family. For a cheap hotel this was a brilliant stay. Thanks again Ross

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a very pleasant young man who assisted me with check in and instructed me clearly about the facilities and available options for my stay. My room was freshly serviced with clean sheets, a spotless bathroom and the usual tea and coffee. My room was quiet and I got a good nights sleep. What more could you ask for.
