Poor hotel ! Very unprofessional and rude staff, I definitely not recommend this hotel for families. Not clean at all, not friendly reception at all, they treat people like homeless, it is a call to management staff to choose good and professional workers in reception! I don’t want to mention the name of one of them she is just rude, unprofessional, just zero personality, zero humanity, so sorry to this kind of people, just sick and zero integrity! The hotel is less than zero, honesty we were scammed from the travel agency! We bought 8 days then check out 6 days . I really I don’t know what to write but the only what I can say don’t try this hotel ! Don’t trust the video advertising! Showed all like in 7 haven!it’s totally fake! I will announce to all my friends, relatives, colleagues, community not to visit this hotel not trust the travel agency! The rooms and restaurant are horrible, not clean at all !

HOLIDAY FROM HELL: We arrived on Monday 30th September, got to Reception, we were told they had upgraded us, which was fine with us. we had to make our own way to the room (not good for a 4 star hotel) Went to Lunch the first day, the food was so cold, everyday the food was cold, disgusting, the only good thing, we both lost weight as we didn't want to get food poisoning. My husband was lying on the Bali bed, when one of the waiter came and pulled the cushion from his head, my husband questioned? then went to another bed and took a cushion, the same person came back and shouted I will be back at 5pm to take the cushion. There was no entertainment at all, we had to make our own!! only to be told keep quiet, most drinks we asked for, they didn't have. Last day breakfast takeaway was requested, nothing was available at reception at 5:45am I

So glad to be home! Cold food at every sitting. Several guests experienced abdominal cramps and nausea. Choice of food was nothing like the great choice shown on the promotional video. All the speciality restaurants had closed. Bar ran out of several drinks every night .Rooms were ok as we were offered an upgrade without the extras we should have received(everyone did as most of the hotel had closed) As we had an early flight we requested an early breakfast which never materialized. This has been my worst holiday experience.

We arrived to be told we had been upgraded which we initially where pleased with, we then learned everyone had been upgraded as all the other blocks where closed for refurbishment, we may have been given a better room but we didn't receive the other Premier entitlements such as water, or a stocked mini bar, the tea and coffee where never replenished and the room was cleaned once in a week's stay,  the food in the buffet restaurant was all cold,  the bar regularly run out of drinks, there was no entertainment, except one night when I entered the area to be told it was a private party,  the sunbeds and plants where being packed away around us, and two people actually had their cushions pulled away from under them whilst they lay on their sunbeds, we where pushed to be quite on evening at 21.10 whilst outside the bar drinking, the rules and opening times of facilities changed on a daily basis, and the breakfast pack up we ordered for our early departure never materialised, whilst I understand that it is the end of the season I don't expect a hotel to be closing around you and being told"finished" when you have payed for a four star accommodation

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, checked in on 29th September. No one to take you or even show you to your room had to find our own way with the suitcase. Room nice enough, but we were offered an upgrade to premium, which we had already paid for, obviously didn't check our booking. Only 1 restaurant open as after the 2nd day we were told the hotel closes on the 13th October, a huge fact that tui forgot to tell us, so therefore everything is closing down including the pool bars, so we have to walk to the main reception or the only pool bar that is still open. Food is cold at every sitting and very sparse, more than half of the restaurant is shut down. Hardly any of the premium drinks available and no beers on draft only 1 beer in a can. Quite basically the worst holiday that cost a lot of money I certainly will NOT be recommending this hotel to anyone, staff are rude and unhelpful and basically cannot be bothered, if I could get a flight back to the UK I'd be on it today, I've never wanted a holiday to end more than this one

The hotel is right on a huge sandy beach with lots of sunbeds and also has large swimming pools. Our room was large with a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds and plenty of space for clothes. Room cleaning was a bit hit and miss The only hot food was the soup (consistently good) but ALL the other food was warm at best....usally tepid or even cold eg chips ! There were no shops nearby and the onsite shop was almost empty. Improve the food and the hotel would get 4.5 stars

Just come back from a week at Azul Beach Resort, Ulcinj. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. All inclusive standard was amazing & such a gorgeous hotel complex. Hoping to go back same time next year with the whole family. All the staff were so lovely & helpful. The food at Marley’s bar was the best. The food in the main restaurant could have been a little warmer, although the choice was outstanding. Oh & don’t forget your insect repellent there’s lots of bities at night round the hotel & especially at Podgorica airport on the return. The pools, sea & everywhere are immaculate, huge thumbs up the grounds people. Also the room was perfect & cleaned every day, wish my bed at home was as comfy. Huge Thank you to all at Azul for making our stay so memorable, can’t wait to come back ♥️♥️

Pros: - Very good food, rich variety, especially for breakfast. - Pools, although the water could have been warmer. - Nice and well-maintained grounds. - Beach and pool bars (specially fresh fruit, ice cream). Cons: - We stayed during the second week of September, and it was already noticeable that the season was ending. The tennis courts were closed, sea castles for kids were packed up on the shore, and events that the hotel advertised around the resort, like the fire show, no longer took place, nor did the special themed dinners (international, local, etc.). - Drinks within the all-inclusive package – although the selection was rich, we constantly experienced staff telling us they were out of certain items, especially mojitos. If it happened once, it would be understandable, but it was a daily occurrence, and it was more of a surprise when they actually had everything on offer. - In case of bad weather, all bars except the one at the reception were closed. However, no food was served at the reception, which was a significant issue, especially with a small child. - Rooms and overall resort concept – the travel agency sold us a stay with ultra all-inclusive, but in reality, it was just a regular all-inclusive package with a room in the old part of the hotel, which really needed renovation (also from a hygiene perspective). The true ultra package is the premium service, which comes with its own nice new building, a separate bar with a grill, and a wider selection of drinks. I'm not sure if this was directly the hotel's fault, but we were definitely misled. It was by no means ultra all-inclusive. - Hotel location – this is not so much a complaint about the hotel but more of a warning: the hotel is 3.5 hours from Podgorica airport, which can be quite an issue, especially with a late-night arrival. We didn’t arrive at the hotel until 2:30 a.m., and although the delegate told us that food and water would be waiting for us at reception, the receptionist didn’t provide us with anything.

The hotel is really lovely and I'm struggling to understand all the recent bad reviews. There are lots of pools, including an adults only pool and plenty of sunbeds. Pools all look clean and well kept. Lots of variety in the buffet restaurant and the a la cartes are nice too. Some of the chairs are a bit dirty and could do with being replaced. We got a free upgrade to premium so we're able to enjoy a private pool and the premium grill where they cook you fresh seafood for lunch - this is amazing and we have opted for this over the buffet. Room is nice and spacious with a massive walk in wardrobe. Air con is good, shower is good and beds are comfy. Only issue is the sewage smell in the bathroom. Everything is clean, and they come to clean our room every day and change the towels. Cocktails could be better, but there is a great selection of drinks and the spirits are all good brands. The beach bar is really nice and chilled, and there are loads of sunbeds on the beach. Beach pics are a bit misleading - the sand is brown / black rather than golden. Not really to my liking, but the water is nice and clear. Free parking on site and they have a buggy to take you from parking lot to reception and then to your room. Staff are friendly and helpful. For the price we paid, it's amazing value for money, and it's been a very relaxing stay.
