Booked via booking once we arrived they requested a marriage certificate due to my wife being a Palestinian. They refused to host us. Even though we have been to hurgada and dahab and sharm el shaik using a copy of the certificate. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the service given.

Hôtel correct pour un 4 étoiles, climatisation en marche , chambre propre et personnel agréable et accueillant. Il est a 10 mn des pyramides , entouré de toutes les commodités ( resto, cafe , mini market ,..) Petite réception , petit déjeuner correct . Je recommande pour les non exigeants.

Very old hotel in not a nice area to walk around and far from the city center. Wifi does not work in the rooms neither in the lobby. Looks a bit abandon as almost no guests. It is close (by car) from the pyramids but in a busy street. It was not our choice of hotel but included in the tour we booked.
