My stay at this hotel was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had, especially considering that it is advertised as a 5-star hotel. From the start, the services did not meet basic expectations. They did not provide essential amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, creams, slippers or soft towels, something that any hotel of this category should offer.
We had specifically booked a room with a king bed, but they assigned us a room with a double bed, completely different from what we saw in the photos posted online. When we tried to resolve this situation, the staff was not able to provide us with any solution. The attention was indifferent and unprofessional, which made our experience even worse.
We decided to pay for extra breakfast on the first day, but it was a huge disappointment. The quality of the food does not justify the high cost. For this reason, we opted to have breakfast outside for the rest of our reservation. Low quality and low variety of products

추석에 친정가족끼리 갔던 2박3일 호캉스였는데요.
총 3개룸 예약했어요. 3가족이라…
저희가족은 4인이라 스위트룸으로 킹베드로 해서 초이스했는데 온라인상에서 1박만 떠서 1박예약. 1박은 호텔에서 예약했어요. (온라인상에는 방이 없는데, 호텔상에선 방이 있더라구요)
온라인상에선 15마넌!! 호텔에선 25마넌! 10만원 더 주고 2박은 연박으로 예약하고 전화상으로 몇번 예약확인하고 연박으로 부탁.
그런데 당일 체크인할때 인수인계가 안되었던지 연박이야기를 저희가 다시 확인 재차 했구요. 담날 아침 11시에 체크아웃하라고 전화왔네요 ㅎㅎㅎ 그리고.. 가장 결정적인건.. 남동생네가 체크인할때 저희랑 동생네 분명.. 차량 등록했는데 .. 2박 후 체크아웃하고 나가는데.. 주차장이 난리났더라구요 ㅠㅠ
이유는 차량등록을 안해주셔서 남동생네가 못나가고 차단기앞에서 상담원이랑 이야기중인데.. 결론은 차단기를 올려줄수없으니 얼른 다시 들어가서 정산하라!! 이대답!!
남동생네가 (애기도 있는데) 차단기 바로 앞에서 위험하게 유턴해서 돌아서 내려가서 다시 정산하고.. 뒤에서 빵빵대고 난리도 아녔죠. 불길한 감이 있었는데 저희도 역시나 차단기를 올려줄수없다. 가서 정산하라! 진짜 저희는 애가 둘이나 되었는데 차에서 무서운지 울고 불고 난리였어요 ㅠㅠ 이해가 안되는데 그럼 일단 카드로 결제하고 나가서 다시 들어와서 정산하겠다고 했더니 안된다! 이말만하시고.. 뒤에 상황을 좀 보고 말씀하시던지… 왜 주차장에 관계자 한분 오시지도 못하는건가요??
결국엔 남동생이 부랴부랴 저희꺼까지 정산해서 다행히 차단기 열렸는데 저희 그냥 주차비 15마넌 내고 가려고 할판이였어요!!
(주차장에서 진짜 뒤에서 빵빵대고 내려서 화내는데 우리가 잘못한건가요??ㅠㅠ)
그리고 .. 체크아웃할때 프론트에 가서 체크아웃하려고 한다니 저쪽으로 가라! 옆쪽으로 가서 줄서서 체크아웃하려고 했더니 처음에 그쪽으로 가라! 뭐죠? 다시 가서 여기서 체크아웃하라고 하네요? 했더니 네! 뭐죠? 손님 이야기를 제대로 귀기울여 듣지 않으시는건지…
휴.. 암튼.. 저희룸은 컨디션도 좋고 뷰도 좋고 다 좋았는데.. 가격대비 방도 넓고 침대도 넓고.. 남동생네는 담배냄새나서 다시 룸교체! 여동생네는 천장에서 물이 줄줄 새고.. 다시 룸 교체. 짐풀고 싸고 옮기고.. 이런 우리의 시간소비는 어디서 보상받나요?? ㅠㅠ 애기들 데리고 기분좋게 온 호캉스인데..
마지막에 마무리가 너무 안좋아서 씁쓸했습니다 ㅠㅠ
