Immaculate en-suite bedroom in a private house. The hosts couldn’t be more polite and helpful. We had a beautiful fresh cooked breakfast after a comfy quiet nights sleep. Highly recommended 🤞🏻

Lovely place set amongst a wonderful backdrop. Kel couldn't have been more helpful when it came to arrival instructions, where to go for a walk, where to eat in the local area etc. On arrival, he even made me a Lemsip with fresh lemon as I was feeling under the weather! Would definitely book again when working in the area in future.

Lovely place to stay & well placed to explore the area as it was easy to get to the main roads. The accommodation was very clean & the room was of a high standard. The host was very helpful & knowledgeable about the places to go and explore. The best bit though, by far, was the breakfast's - next level & worth staying there by themselves. Would definitely return & very good value for money. Recommended.

B&Bs can be very variable…this one is justifiably 5 star. Immaculately kept….Made very welcome…a very comfortable bed and a breakfast that’s fit for Masterchef. If I go to the area again …this is where I’ll stay without question . Lovely quiet spot too.

We were made very welcome by our lovely hosts, Meryl and Kelvin during our recent stay at their beautiful and comfortable home. The property is in a beautiful, quiet location but within walking distance of several pubs. The room and bathroom were modern and beautifully furnished, very comfy bed, excellent shower and a superb cooked breakfast. Kelvin is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and gave us directions to the beautiful Blaen-y-glyn - thanks Kelvin and Meryl, we had a brilliant time and are recommending you to our family and friends!

Had a great stay. The room were clean, everything is modern and the beds, pillows and linen were very comfortable. Kel and Mel were excellent hosts and very helpful. Kel's breakfast was awesome. Gilwern is an excellent location for exploring the area and I'd highly recommend a stay at Mill Lodge.

Wonderful!! Kel and Meryl were so welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The room was classy, clean, super comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast was outstanding. The location was stunning. We were even given some info about the sites and areas around Mill Lodge. We will be back again soon! Thank you both :)

Arrived to a very warm welcome, and a cup of tea. The accommodation is stunning, both inside and out. Our room was large, clean and beautiful. We walked up to the small town to book a table for dinner, then strolled along the tow path, which was lovely. Breakfast was superb. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
