Abbiamo scelto Ramo d’Aria per la seconda volta per festeggiare il battesimo del nostro secondogenito e non possiamo che confermare la nostra opinione. Location unica, raffinata ed elegante, decorazioni della sala e allestimento del favolo di buon gusto e con il giusto tocco natalizio in questa occasione, personale sempre accogliente e premuroso, cucina ottima nella ricerca degli ingredienti, nel gusto e nella presentazione al piatto. Un plauso speciale alla professionalità e disponibilità di Bruno che ci ha aiutato ad organizzare al dettaglio l’evento e di Giusy, cordiale e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. È stata anche stavolta un’esperienza memorabile per noi e i nostri ospiti, consigliatissimo!

Hotel bien placé
Hotel bien placé pour rayonner quelques jours dans le nord.
les points positifs :
- le petit-déjeuner délicieux, les filles au service super.
- la grande et belle piscine
- la tranquillité.
Les négatifs :
- ménage TRES mal fait.
- aménagement de la chambre minimaliste, pas d armoire.
- pas la possibilité de faire l'obscurité dans la chambre. Dès les lueurs de l'aube on y voit comme en plein jour. En plus notre chambre avait aussi sa porte vitrée (étrangement), du coup deux sources de lumière au petit matin.
- Monsieur de la réception pas hyper professionnel. Accueil fait avachi dans son fauteuil durant tout son discours explicatif.

Sehr schön, aber...
Plus: sehr schöne Anlage, gepflegt, sauber, sowohl Zimmer als auch Pool. Gutes Restaurant. Extrem nettes Personal. Sehr schöner Poolbereich. Sehr gute Klimaanlage.
Minus:
- Umgebung sehr schmutzig; dafür kann das Hotel aber nicht
- Zimmer ohne Schrank und Haken, also die ganze Zeit aus dem Koffer leben
- sehr abgelegen, öffentlicher Transport quasi inexistent oder fast 3km entfernt; also ohne Mietwagen fast unmöglich
- 2 Wochen die gleiche Restaurant- und Poolmusik
- ein wöchentlicher Ruhetag des Restaurants, also in der Umgebung auswärts essen, was ohne Auto nicht einfach ist
- relativ kleine Speisekarte; bei einem längeren Aufenthalt also mehrere Wiederholungen
- Ortschaft Giarre, naja....

It was a magical stay. The atmosphere at sunset in the pool, immersed in the lemon grove is incredible. The attentive and friendly staff and the minimal but stylish furnishings make your holiday the perfect place to relax your senses. The cuisine is also excellent, offering excellent dishes at the right value for money. Dinner has been definitely outstanding.

The hotel is tucked away in a quiet location with birds singing. The hotel is excellent, staff friendly and food very tasty. The staff were happy to arrange a tour to Etna, a must see. Good parking and excellent pool. Great design too, you would love it for a romantic beak, enjoy.

Abbiamo festeggiato (per la seconda volta in meno di 6 mesi) una ricorrenza in famiglia ed anche questa volta è andato tutto benissimo: location, pranzo e servizio, tutto top! Un grazie in particolare a Bruno, presenza costante e attenta. Di sicuro ci rivedremo e lo consiglieremo!

Beautiful, luxurious, modern, clean, and great service! What more can you ask for? The hotel is surrounded by beautiful lemon trees, a great view of Mount Etna, has a stunning swimming pool and top quality, delicious food! The pool was especially an amazing treat after our hot excursion to Mount Etna! Would highly recomend!
